There was an issue with our survey and the original fence had been installed ridiculously incorrectly. We set up a job time for the following week. The office was great with communication, verifying with me the night before and the day of. I had another fairly well known fence company come out for a quote and he refused to deal with the fencing because it was "snap rail". The guy actually got a little snotty with me because "his office girl was supposed to have weeded this kind of thing out before he drove all the way over". Insert eye roll and chuckle here. Don't use those guys. Use Treasure Coast Fence. Pricing was absolutely reasonable as well, great value. I wrote them and they were very quick to get back to me and very quick to come out and give us a quote. The quote was better than any others we got, we also kept running into other companies not wanting to fix the fence and just wanting us to buy a whole new fence which was frustrating. So, we picked Diamond Fence and so glad we did. The communication was fantastic and the two guys that came to fix the fence were great. We had even asked if they could come back to change one thing for us about the way the gate locks into the ground and they were very nice about coming back and changing it for us. Finding a fence company that will do "smaller" jobs was a bit of a struggle, but thankfully Colton was happy to help. He came out at the expected time, gave a fair quote and since we were planning on doing it eventually anyway, I trusted him and his crew at MiCo Development Group to install a 2nd gate on the other side of the fence. The quote for the project was fair and delivered quickly through email via a customer portal. Payment for the deposit was simple and easy to do and everything was honest and straightforward. We scheduled a time for the work to be done a few weeks after the quote and Colton was communicative about the best days, letting us know that they had to adjust slightly for the Thanksgiving holiday, but was also clear in checking in ahead the day before to make sure the date worked out. When the work was done, they showed up on time and went over the agreed upon specs ahead of time. Colton and Mike paid attention to every detail I mentioned (such as a specific gate latch that I wanted) before starting. And in the middle of the job, when they accidentally hit a sprinkler line, they were honest about it and ensured that it was fixed properly before calling the job complete. The repairs were done in about half a day and now I have the piece of mind of (two!) working gates. Professional, friendly, prompt and fairly priced, as well as amazing customer service makes MiCo Development stand out above any other company here on Yelp. Everyone I told this to were shocked someone brought a baby into my yard, for an estimate! Your wife told me you only have been doing fencing for five years now. Never done it before. Her words. Your company would have charged me more, being your wife's measurements were higher than two other estimates. And no way I'd give anyone half down. All in all, not good business practices. New, inexperienced, fence company. Woman who came out to measure for an estimate brought her toddler with her. Who does that??? The baby could barely walk around on my lawn.
