We went over the work that needed to be done and he commenced work. A while later I needed to leave to run an errand (my wife was home though). When I got back, Cody's truck was gone, there were a lot of cut sheets of tile, but nothing on the wall and no Cody. I found a message from him on Yelp asking me to call him, which I did. It turns out he has "lost confidence" and abandoned the job. He said he tried to tell my wife before leaving, but she was unaware of this. When I spoke to Cody on the phone he indicated that I didn't owe him anything, and did offer to put me in touch with someone he felt could do the job. I didn't go with his recommendation mainly because I didn't have enough trust in him to make that choice. The guy I did hire was able to reuse some of the cut tile Code had left, but we needed to buy 5 more sheets nevertheless. There may be lots of things Cody is good at, but tiling a backsplash with herringbone tile sheets is not one of them, and abandoning a job is just not OK.

Weeks later I just got another short email response that nope, we don't do that after dozens of emails. I tell them that other fence companies are able to provide quotes and then they have the nerve to ask me for which manufacturers they're using and they will get quotes for me. Not sure how they are rated so highly for being able to provide multiple types of vinyl fencing and gates but I do not recommend them at all.

There was an issue with our survey and the original fence had been installed ridiculously incorrectly. We set up a job time for the following week. The office was great with communication, verifying with me the night before and the day of. I had another fairly well known fence company come out for a quote and he refused to deal with the fencing because it was "snap rail". The guy actually got a little snotty with me because "his office girl was supposed to have weeded this kind of thing out before he drove all the way over". Insert eye roll and chuckle here. Don't use those guys. Use Treasure Coast Fence. Pricing was absolutely reasonable as well, great value. I dislike giving negative reviews but I have no choice. Palm Bay Fence gave us a quote on a chain…read morelink fence and vinyl fence. It took them over 2 months to put in the chain link fence. The communication was not there! Now with regards to the vinyl fence, I have called every day for over 2 weeks plus writing them several times (over 15 calls). They have never called me back. I can understand if there are staffing issues or they cannot get the fence but they are not communicating any of that. It saddens me to have to post this of a veteran owned local company, but I strongly suggest you not use this company. Their lack of response is just poor business practice there is no other way to put it.
