My experience with this firm has been very negative.
They were involved in the sale of my property, which was signed before a notary on 30 May 2025. In that transaction, several amounts were withheld for specific payments and expenses, including IBI property tax, bank transfer costs and mortgage cancellation costs.
More than a year later, I still have not received any settlement statement or the return of surplus amounts which, according to the documentation of the transaction, should have been justified or returned.
Specifically, the surplus from a €10,000 retention intended to cover outstanding IBI property tax remains unpaid. In addition, the deed also included a retained amount for the 2025 IBI apportionment, but that tax was not paid, neither the part corresponding to me nor the part corresponding to the buyers. As a result, the tax collection authority has seized from my bank account the full amount of the IBI for the entire year, including surcharges and interest.
My lawyer has contacted the firm on numerous occasions regarding this matter, but they have not provided a response, a settlement statement, or any solution.
I have also sent emails requesting explanations and documentation, but I have received no response. They do not respond to formal requests, they do not return phone calls, and they have not replied to the burofax that was sent to them.
I find it unacceptable that, in a property sale involving significant amounts withheld in the deed, more than a year has passed without any formal explanation, without sufficient supporting documentation, without the return of the outstanding amounts, and without any response to the requests made.
I cannot recommend this firm due to the lack of follow-up, lack of response and lack of transparency in a very serious financial matter. read more
