I believe she brought up her educational background three times, if not more? As if patients care about training location more than competence and empathy. Thankfully, despite her cocksure arrogance and extreme unprofessionalism, another provider was able to implement the solution she abrasively and hastily shot down, leading to a significant improvement to my quality of life. Come here if you want to be berated by a doctor who incorrectly and dangerously assumes absolute knowledge, go elsewhere if you want quality medical care and empathy. I can't say I have ever had a more negative experience with a provider. It's one thing to be wrong, which she certainly was in my case.
