As a nurse who has personal knowledge of the development of joint replacements, my experience with Dr Dellose and DOS was A plus. Their use of the MUVE facility , and preparation through FORCE PT remotely , had me arrive at 6 am and was home at noon. I had a PT review before I left the facility , my husband waited in a suite and my instructions were thorough. Post care I had remote daily instructions with FORCE, very easy contact with my nurse practitioner. Now 3 months later , I am walking as I never imagined I would again. Up and down stairs, and complete range of motion with my knee. Kudos to Performance PT, Dana, on 202 to helping throughout healing. The MUVE FACILITY AND APPROACH , which is DOS approach for joint replacement , IS REMARKABLE. read more

Terrible billing practices (DOS THerapy), they give you an estimate per day and then they charge 4 to 5 time more without any warning, every day they charge a different price despite it is the same therapy every day. Therapist are treating multiple patients but they charge on One on One billing code. They need to get an audit on billing practices and adherence to good faith estimate... read more

Along with my pain management team I do exercises that strengthen my core along with walking and lifting lite weights the activity has held me together stronger leaner and my muscles has allowed my body to flourish and lose 50 pounds and 3 inches off my waist. Without a consistent good diet and exercise miracles just don't materialize Invest in a healthy lifestyle and physical activity to strengthen your core to expand your strength and endurance in your daily activities I see DR Xing as needed for less pain with moderate exercise 2-3!times a week and I have better endurance in my activities read more

Quite possibly the worst practice I've ever visited. I saw Dr. Reynolds because I had carpal tunnel surgery two years ago that was unsuccessful. After waiting for improvement that never happened and saving enough money to meet my insane insurance deductible, my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Reynolds to see if my left hand, which is almost entirely not usable, could be repaired. Dr. Reynolds sent me to get another EMG study (carpal tunnel) done. I did this a week after my appointment with him. The results were sent to him twice. Two months later, I never heard a word from him. Presumably because he's not capable of making a diagnosis. Which would have been fine if he'd had the courtesy to let me know. I find it astonishing that a physician would order testing for a patient and have ZERO follow up. I'm now working with a mature, experienced, knowledgeable doctor in the hopes that I'm not permanently disabled. I will certainly never ever visit Delaware Orthopedics again. read more

I am not the medical community's biggest fan for many reasons, however, this practice (on Limestone Rd location) was a pleasant surprise. The office staff was professional and pleasant and the office had an overall good vibe. Dr. Arevalo spent as much time as was necessary to make a thorough assessment, which included listening to the history of my issue, reviewing x-rays with me, and discussing my current state and possibilities for a path forward. Some doctors use MUVE surgery center instead of the hospital and I have had problems with MUVE overcharging me. They refuse to return my phone calls even though I've contacted them many times trying to resolve this. read more

I have seen four doctors in this practice. They all listen to me .each one took an x-ray. I had three MRIs and then they sent me to a neurosurgeon. Nobody could tell me what was wrong with me. I'm in constant pain. The last test I had was a neurological test. The doctor was supposed to follow up with me. I never heard a word .stay away from these people. I don't think they know what they're doing or they don't want to research anything other than what's in their head. I hear that there's great medical service in Pennsylvania , if you live anywhere near Pennsylvania go there.that's where I'm going . read more

The review is specifically for Dr. Mark Eskander, but also for the practice as a whole. The first warning sign should have been the number of patients he was seeing - one every 5 minutes. I know this because his schedule - complete with patient names (a HIPAA violation) is on the screen in the exam rooms. I came in complaining of right lower back pain - pain in a very specific area of my lower back- he sent me for an MRI, which I mostly expected. He believed it was degenerative disc disease, which I didn't believe it was. I've had no real back trauma to speak of, never played football, no family history of back issues, and at the age of 35, this seemed really unlikely to me. Got the MRI, and since I'm in the medical imaging business, I took the MRI with me and viewed it on one of the workstations in the office, and showed it to some colleagues. Looking at the images, it looked nothing like degenerative disc disease. All of the lumbar discs looked normal for someone my age, no tears or real damage past normal aging. Went for the follow up, he looked at them for about 60 seconds before diagnosing me with degenerate disc disease, despite none of the symptoms really fitting. I asked where he saw it on the image, he pointed at L4 and L5, but they were really fine. Then I asked why my pain was unilateral in one spot if there was a disc issue, and he SHRUGGED AT ME - before suggesting I purchase a back brace on the way out the door. Fast forward a few years - my back is fine again. I had hurt my SI joint (literally exactly where I pointed out the pain was coming from) deadlifting weights. I cut this out of my routine and 6 months later was ok and pain free to this day. Avoid this guy. There's ways to test for SI joint issues (not fun, basically sticking a needle in under fluoroscopy) but they're timing consuming. He didn't even bring this up as an option, even after me asking why the pain was unilateral. He just presented the most generic diagnosis so he could run to his next patient. read more

If you want to be treated like a human being, I would suggest finding another practice. I was in tears during my x-rays due to pain, zero concern or compassion by the tech. I then spent less than 5 minutes with the doctor who did not ask me questions or listen to me but just talked at me. read more

I took my 92 YO Father to see Dr. Xing for EXCESSIVE back pain. Pain so severe it brought him tears. The Dr. entered the exam room and speedily examined him, asked questions etc. She asked if he would want to be referred to their knee Dr. to which I asked why, was there any indication this would be warranted? No answer and hastily moved on. She then ordered x-ray and MRI and could not get out of the room fast enough. Next appointment was not for another 3 weeks to go over the MRI with a different Dr.. Got email to fill out on line info for second Dr. which had been done for Dr. Xing. I called to office, and went to the office only to get the run around. Rather than have my Father suffer for another month I took him to N.J. to see a Dr. my sister set up. The Jersey Dr. saw him on 3/18/22 and will be treated for pain on 3/21/22 with nerve block. My only conclusion regarding DOS is that they are a money machine with very little if no feeling for the patient. So disappointing!! read more

I had my initial appointment Oct 2022 for a shoulder impingement... the appointment was fine except I left getting a cortisone shot which I didn't want and did nothing for my pain. my follow up appointment was set for Jan 4th 2023... I received a call Dec 23rd and the receptionist said they were having trouble running my insurance. I let her know I had just changed companies and my new insurance would take effect Jan 1st and I would be able to provide them with the details then. She went on to advise me they would have to cancel my appt due to me not currently having insurance and that once I have my benefit details, i could call back to set up a new appointment. I will not be calling back, I will most definitely NEVER refer them to anyone and I will gladly find another dr to take my money. absolutely ridiculous that she canceled my appointment, completely unnecessary as i would have my info prior to my appointment. read more

First, I have had surgery with Dr. Eichenbaum twice. Excellent doctor and excellent surgeon. Thanks to the help of a family surgeon, Dr. Mesa saw my Daughter the following day and did amazing surgery after the weekend. Dr Perscky, with my limited contact, seems awesome as well. So why the negative review? This practice does not have patients but customers.....no capital C. I went to dr Perscky to have lab results given and a cast of my foot for an orthotic. I was upset over an illness my daughter has and I left without my wallet. I was unable to pay the $50 co-pay so they wouldn't see me. I became upset, because I already have hit my out of pocket maximum and really didn't owe a copay. They can't see me without money. I found the credit card I used to fly my daughter home as an emergency at the bottom of my purse. I slid it across the desk and it landed on the floor and the claim was that i threw it at the receptionist. I did not. They told me I have to get my results from my PCP. I have spent over an hour trying to do so, but the results were not sent to my PCP, they will not accept an email of them from me, and now I am at the mercy of this Business to help me. DOS has received over $3500 of my $8000 out of pocket maximum this year. A doctor's office that cares would consider me a patient with a relationship and accept a call in after the visit for a copay (that I don't owe). But, I am just another customer that they do not care about. If any of these doctors go solo or move, I will gladly see them again. But not as part of this business. Wow, I just read the other reviews...all seem to say the same thing. The staff is not courteous and all they care about is money. Wow....i was spot on. read more

I am still naive enough to believe that medical professionals should be caring and courteous. This includes the people at the reception area. I was left waiting for over an hour after my scheduled time. When I stated I didn't want to wait any longer I was handed my ID and insurance card. No explanation and no apology. No-one has ever contacted me from DOS. It is very apparent that this place is nothing but a money mill without compassion. read more

I am usually seen in the Middletown office and had no issues. They sent me to the Churchmans Road location and since I have severe mobility problems I called to find out how far the walk is into the office. The woman told me they have wheelchairs that you can come in and get but the wont come out and get you. First of all I told them I had a scooter and a Walker and was trying to determine which was best to use because I cant walk far but it's hard to maneuver the scooter in small spaces. Second of all very few people need someone to come and get them but alot of people have no support system and need help. It literally takes 5 minutes to get someone in a wheelchair. They do joint replacements. Are they just so concerned about money they dont give a crap about their patients. That's what I think. Even my primary dr would send out someone with a wheelchair to help a patient. This place fails big time on this so that's why they are getting one star. Excessive charges!!! I had hand surgery with 4 incisions during a single surgical session. They charged as if these took place on 4 separate occasions. For a 30-minute routine outpatient procedure they charged in excess of $24,000. Yes, that total is correct. I was charged 4 separate facility charges totaling $11,224!! I have contacted their office numerous times as well as their surgical center. I spoke to the survey center who could only tell me "that is the way the doctor billed it." She could not provide any addition detail explaining the excessive facility charges. I, as well as my insurance company, have requested a detailed itemized bill- which they are required by law to provide to me. The only response I got back was another identical bill for the balance the insurance did not pay and threatening collections. They should be thankful they got as much as they did. A few years ago I had major surgery and was hospitalized for 2 days and the total was less than this ridiculous bill. $24,000 is robbery. read more

Do not waste your time in scheduling an appointment with Dr. Bradley Bley. We were told to bring x-rays from hospital to appointment, but at the appointment Dr. Bley and his team were not able to open disk to view x-rays. So he said we cannot do anything else for you. We left the appointment in shock. read more
