They were very friendly and professional, making sure all our needs were met. I guarantee it is not easy to deal with our family, especially when there's 18 adults and 9 kids. This is a lovely old course we found challenging due to the Bermuda grass. Wedgefield is experiencing a downturn in their greens conditions currently due to the recent heavy rains in SC, but we are sure Christian and his team will get them back to pristine soon. One item to note is Wedgefield Plantation's stay and play offer. The men in our foursome want a guy's golf getaway there as Wedgefield Plantation offers members guest rates to other area courses near them. Great value we thought! We hope to visit Wedgefield Plantation again in the future. Even if it's only for their pizza!

I cannot express enough what a great experience it is working with the Wedgefield staff and playing this fun course.  The course is fun and challenging and the staff is truly the best you will find anywhere!! The customer service, from the top down, is unrivaled! From the moment we pulled up, staff were there to greet us with a smile (actually IN the parking lot), began unloading our golf clubs, had our carts assigned, names on carts,  lined up, and ready to go, even though we were late in getting our information to them the evening before.  The Pro even managed to get my group out (with six groups) all at the same time so we could finish up in time for lunch, which was a blessing in 100° heat!  He then even came out to check on us on the course! The pub is also cute, comfortable, amazing and welcoming. They treated us and accommodated us like we were family. As an organizer, they made me look good! We will be going back as often as we can to play this course. It truly is a hidden gem!
