The install was a breeze and the techs were top notch going over every detail of my setup. When I didn't want to use their equipment he said that's ok but he also left me the router they supply, it was labeled where I would need to make connections and then he wrote his name and number on the box in case I needed to switch it quickly. When my router went out late one night, instead of scheduling an appointment and waiting they connected me up in a few minutes. When a part of my system failed (POE) and I talked with tech support they decided they needed to dispatch a tech. It took longer than I had excepted and hoped so when I called back to get an ETA the Support Manager located the part I was waiting on and personally drove it to my home. This is not something someone else told him, he took action because he cared about his customers. The company may not have the polish of a big company like Optimum but they shine like no other because off the nice, caring and hard working people who work at Planet Network.

A few months ago I got a call from their sales department telling me that Empire Access would be in my area and active to use. But once it wasn't happening the sales department decided NOT to contact with any reason to why it was not happening. Then contacted thier sales department just to get told that it had been delayed. Told this many of times from them.

We had a semi truck pull the cabling off our telephone pole and pulled the cable from the inside of the house. The team was on the spot within an hour with a tree topper and 5 trucks and rewired the entire lost 200 meters of cabling. Anytime the broadband is out due to power, they are always answering the phone. Just an incredible company. I wish they were in Manhattan, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida. The internet is always the fastest most consistent of anywhere and we are located remotely in Jewett, NY

Suppose you just want internet, you cannot get it without cable tv. Their minimum cable package is an insult, there must be 5 shopping channels in the 20 channel package. While my numbers are not exactly accurate, its very close. Internet service is not $42/month its $62 because you have to take their crappy tv service as well. Whats really impressive is that money in the area is in short supply but greed trumps compassion, at least at MTC!

I own the company, I own the building, I have my name on the bill, but they send the bill to my husband :/. I had to yet again, tell them who the boss here is, and who pays the bills. Atrocious.
