When my previous favourite was closed, I hunted Just Eat for alternative Middle Eastern treats, and…read morecame up with this spot. Being swayed by the lassis (I love a take away that do more than just fizzy pop) I decided to give them a whirl. There's several good points about this eatery, but those are all tempered by slightly less-than-good points too, so I've balanced out with 3 stars. The menu is more expensive than the other places I've tried with the same dishes, by a few quid in some cases, which was a little disappointing. However, the range is decent, and they serve up curries as well as Middle Eastern, if you fancy a mix. I ordered the traditional mango lassi, tabbouleh, mixed grill plate and a tandoori roti. The food came late, however, this was only by about 10 minutes and they rang to let me know, and the driver apologised profusely when he delivered. This was excellent customer service, as I've had plenty of late take aways before with no so much as a phone call or acknowledgement from the driver! Lovely staff, it has to be said. The food was still pretty warm considering it was late, and it came with a delicious pot of spicy salsa and mint yoghurt - perfect with a mixed grill as the meat would have been a bit on the dry side otherwise. The mixed grill was plentiful, and included chicken wings, three pieces of tandoori (?) chicken, two lamb chops, and two spicy sausages. The sausages were a tad too spicy for me, but the rest was eaten in no time. The tabbouleh wasn't quite as balanced as I've had elsewhere, but in all the food was fair, and I'd certainly look to ordering with them again. There was something missing that didn't quite hit the spot like others I've tried, but over all it's a decent outfit, and worth looking up. Perhaps if it was priced a little lower, that'd be better, as I do think I've gotten more for less elsewhere. Oh, and the mango lassi was delish. Definitely get one of those to wash it all down.

We left the place with no food and very disappointed. They just spoil my family's day out. Not recommended Never

We normally order from Posh Nosh but the last few times they have forgotten the garlic sauce or not brought us our free pizza, ext. So this time we decided to try somewhere new. Which is code for my son choosing where we were going to order from. His mate had told him about King Kebab so we agreed to give them a go. I was in the mood for a spicy chicken pizza and a garlic dip. Danny ordered a large kebab meat and chips with chilli sauce. We also ordered a garlic bread to share. No vampires were going to bother us tonight!! It cost just over £10 so we got a free bottle of coke! I was delivered well within the time stated. Danny's portion of kebab meat was huge! Plus they put his chilli sauce in a tub so his chips were still hot and crispy. My chicken tikka pizza was the most tasty I have ever had. It was slightly more spicy than the ones I have had before and lots more flavor. I am hooked. Their number is now on my speed dial. The garlic bread was great too btw. So check them out if you live in the South of Leeds.

We looked and he was not, my wife tried explaining/directing said driver to our house for over 15 minutes. This was despite the fact he was 1 street away and his telephone skills were very deplorable, i could here him across the room! The delivery finally arrived and my wife asked for him to wait whilst she checked that the food was still warm/acceptable to eat. The driver was not very forth coming and when the wife declared she would take the food he decided to storm off and slam my gate shut. Luckily for him he sped off by the time i got to the door to challenge him on why he was disrespecting my property, to which he was on due to me paying his company my money to deliver a service. Needless to say i will not be using this company again, neither will the local company i work for. Food was exceptionally mediocre and the customer service non existent. Order from here at your own peril!

On saturday night, they do buffet which is a great oportunity to try a bit of everything ! Careful, tends to be quite spicy ! Very big restaurant which gets very busy very quickly, I would definitely book before going unless you want to wait a good 30 minutes at the bar. So you can end up with quite a slow service, but they have so many waiters, so it's never too bad. Except for that, great place to go.

You really do need to book a table on a weekend night, but the turn around is so incredibly quick that I reckon you could get a drink at the bar and not have to wait too long before your time comes. As soon as we sat down poppadoms & a pickle tray arrived - amazing. Decided to be adventurous and try something new - Saag Gosht (Lamb in spinach sauce) & ate it with a japati. (Of course also had the standard Chicken Tikka Masala & little bro had the Korma). Spot on with the flavours, although coriander stole the stage - and for someone who thinks coriander is the work of the devil it put a dampner on my meal (which is why it couldn't get a fifth star) The korma was surprisingly tasty & had more of a kick to it than usual which I liked. A must try Indian if you live nearby, I'll just need to choose my dish more wisely next time!

What a mistake that was, i only wish i had read the reviews beforehand as our experience basically mirrored what other people said in their reviews. When we entered the restaurant, we were seated virtually straight away at a window corner table, there were 5 chairs to the table but virtually a third of the table was pushed in to the corner so unusable, we decided to pull it out slightly and move a chair to make more room. people were then seated to the back of us and to the right of us and essentially, we were all rubbing seat backs, not very good at all. we ordered then went to salad bar and before we had even finished the salad which was maybe 5 minutes from ordering, the food then arrived, how on earth could it all have been cooked fresh in 5 minutes! it couldn't have! of which I'll explain later... when the food arrived there looked to be less than our previous visit and looking at the menu of what you get for an extra £17 approximately, is half of a barbeque starter which that in itself is only about £11.50.. so what an absolute con!!! wouldn't have been so bad if you had extra curry. but maybe that wasn't a bad thing at all as the night went on!! regarding the food the curry was ok but not as good as last time and the chops and chicken wings were black and burnt, plus they were so small hardly any meat on them at all. another thing that was off putting was a waiter stood there staring at you, soon as you were finished, they swooped in and cleared the table. When we left, we went for a walk around the park, I didn't feel right at all, my partner was ok as she only really had a little bit of the curry and a bit of salad. we all went our separate ways and i got a phone call the following morning from one of the friends who went out with us, asking me if I was ok. I wasn't, I had been up half the night backwards and forward to the toilet, it also transpired so had my two friends! we went on Saturday evening, today is Monday and he is still suffering. Our guess is that some off the food was precooked and then reheated hence the super quick time it was brought to our table. so never again, Kabana needs to up there game and look after their customers... oh and another thing... for what you pay the portions are really not worth it.
