When I got to Santiago I was in serious need of a Plutos' style meal and my friend mentioned Oh! Salad Garden. I had seen them around (usually wherever a Starbucks is a Oh! Salad is right next to them, so I thought it was a McDonald's style chain restaurant. However, I was wrong! When I walked in one day, I realized it was very similar to Plutos. You pick your greens and bring it over to the cook who adds any type of ingredient you are looking for: beans, crutons, carrots, cous cous etc Just like in Plutos, for those who are meat lovers, you can add your choice of grilled chicken or ham. If you are not in a salad mood (although these salads are very filling) they have sandwiches and soups - you can even add these options to your salad to make a big meal. Oh! Salad also does delivery (you can order online) although I would recommend going because it is fun to see what ingredients they have, you might be inspired to try something new!

They are a hip breakfast and lunch spot where they serve light and healthy meals such as sandwiches and salads My favs are the quinoa salad, daily soups as well as the yummy selection of all-natural desserts. Tasty Beat also has a full cafe with high-quality coffee and pastries. I recommend trying their peanut butter cookie! Seriously one of the things I have missed most from the states is being exclusively sold here (as in I havent seen peanut butter cookies sold anywhere else). They also offer delivery and catering (mostly for the businesses that work in the sector). The owner is a young ex-9 to 5 worker in, ironically, the building facing his shop. I will say there is absolutely no parking nearby so delivery is the way to go. Food: Have tried two bagels and they are very fresh and the spongey kinda you get from boiling then baking. Delicious.
