This ceramics and pottery store is a popular place for photos. Their outdoor terrace faces the west and provides a panoramic view of the opposite mountainside. They even charge €10 for people to access their balcony! Alternatively if you purchase something you can take photos for free.
Their store entrance is along Via Cristoforo Colombo. They carry all sorts of colorful seaside and Amalfi Coast themed home decor--think ceramic lemon wreaths and trees, animals, colored tiles and tiled furniture, vases, plates, planters, and human figurines both miniature and life-sized.
The entrance to the terrace is from inside the store; from the street there is a waist-level fence, enough for you to see how nice it looks. They don't stop you from taking photos outside the fence which is what I did. But then I observed some badly behaving adults climbing over said fence to pose on the terrace and take pictures (SMH here...) when there are "no trespassing" and "private property signs posted with video cameras in plain sight... I'm not sure who they were trying to fool. So a word to those who don't read signs...maybe still act like respectful people? read more
