We initially reached out to Richard looking for a vendor to make appetizers for our wedding (we had different vendors for the other courses). He had a wide selection of foods choices, where we selected four appetizers, our personal favorite (and the one with rave reviews from our guests) was the Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chops with Cilantro Mint Aioli. In addition to the food, Richard offered very competitive pricing on other services as well - servers, bartenders, linen rentals, silver wear, full bar package, and so on. He was very conscious of our budget and offered multiple alternatives for each decision, which was greatly appreciated. Since our reception was at a venue where we could bring our own food and alcohol, it also required us to take care of everything else. Nothing in the contract was delivered and we paid 4000.00 dollars for garbage we threw out. The food was full of salt, not cooked enough (raw chicken, raw greens, etc.), over cooked (burned dressing, burned ham, overcooked vegetables that were to have been fried corn and fried squash), stove top stuffing burned, watery potato salad, etc. I am willing to show anyone the photos of the dog food presented that we flushed down the toilet and garbage disposal, and sent back to her by her staff. The food was also delivered late and my family was completely disappointed and those that ate some of the food became ill. I would not have served this food to a stray dog.....beware. We had our crabs we paid for and was stuffed, so being that our crabs was on the table I asked for a Togo box (prior week Friday Aug22 they gave us , me and wife to go boxes), the waitress (again she was outstanding) said she had to ask her mgr(I thought that was odd), they brought out our crabs and then the mgr (white woman tattoo on her right arm) came over no hi how are you no nothing and said if we want them to go we have to pay for them, now I'm with family so her attitude and the conversation was starting to get crazy, she accused me of not telling the truth and was trying to make me pay. I wanted my tickets back she said no, you you can pay for the crabs then all of a sudden, she said she not doing anything and will call security, at that point i never raised my voice to her so why would she threaten me with security. I did lose it for a second and told her to call freaking (bad word) security I have money. I am a disabled vet who has eaten here or paid for pple to eat here over 100 times,family come in town I bring them here. I will in time return but it will not be anytime soon. If you can treat a disabled vet like this how are you treating the rest of Americans.
