After making the request, the system said they will get back to me within 48 hours, but it's been well past that with no response. When you don't have a physical address for people to go to, the entire business philosophy is predicated on you responding when potential customers make a request. I'm willing to update if there's some kind of explanation from them or there was a miscommunication otherwise, but as of now the rating stands.
