What a concept! Giant cookies to go on a rotating weekly menu and finally in a strip mall that I frequent. Open about a month, we thought we would check out Crumbl. I was all for getting just one cookie for $4 and sharing it; but my husband wanted the 4 pack for $12 and some change. They have a cramped entryway with a couple of ordering computers to the right in Cedar Hill's Crumbl. You can skip them and go straight to the human with the cookie display - chocolate chip is always a choice - who can walk you through the procedure. She was very friendly and informative. The generally open kitchen was all a buzz on this busy Friday evening. Crumbl caters, too, with a smaller size cookie and I saw a lot of personnel. We made our choices, waited only briefly and were on our way with a long warm pink box. We decided to have the chocolate lava cookie before we left the parking lot and it turned out to be the best cookie of the four. Brownie like with a truly molten middle, I loved it. At home, I loved the others not so much. You can watch Crumbl's online video and see better cooked cookies. The cheesecake frosted Teddy Graham with its adorable little bears was the least cooked. The flat Peanut Butter had no reason not to be done nor did the Milk Chocolate Chip for that matter. I'm a huge fan on crumbl and I was so excited when they made their way to cedar hill. Even more excited when they landed on Uber eats. Cookies are decent and rich and the flavors rotate frequently. These are the real deal buttah based cookies meant for sharing. The large size is for presentation. I tend to enjoy the vanilla based flavors over the chocolate, but both very good. Surprisingly least favorite is the childcare chip. Several mention the cookie being raw in the center but they're just dense. If you like a drier cookie just nuke it in the microwave a few seconds. I've had major success with the shelf life of these cookies and they freeze well. read more

We tried a new flavor which i think was (carrot cake) SUPERB!!! They also have ice cream too. This Cedar Hill location just had their Grand Opening! They were busy but the service was excellent. Placed a order online and it didn't give any options for singles,so I ordered a 4 pack called the store to see if I could get them wrapped or separated she stated no didn't even try to accommodate me her solution was a refund!!! Review based on Cedar Hill visit on May 7. Would prefer to have smaller cookies available than having to get the large ones. Smaller ones are only available for catering. $33 for a dozen of cookies is pretty pricey. Cookies a really sweet. Pink velvet cookies were soft and heavy, it broke apart trying to pick it up.
