She works pure magic every time I see her, whether it is coloring, or a change in style. She LISTENS so well, and I have never been disappointed with her work! Anyone can hold a pair of scissors - Stephanie is a serious hair artist! Another thing I love about Stephanie is that she is so big on education! I've learned tons from her about keeping my hair healthy, and what works for my curls! She also did my hair and airbrush makeup for my wedding. This salon was recommended to me by a friend, I have gone to many salons since moving here to Lubbock( some ok,1 very, very bad!),But, after going to Delijah, I will never go to another salon in Lubbock! While I'm sure all the stylists are amazing, Pam was recommended to me ,so I went with her- and I am so thankful I did!!!! She is an absolute hair artist! I got the Balaye ( for the first time)& cut& style& It was absolutely the BEST cut, dye job& style I have ever payed for! Besides being a true hair artist, Pam was an absolute doll as well! Had "Jac" cut my hair as a walk in client... It looked fine when she straightened and styled it but I had specifically told her half dozen times hair is curly especially once it is cut shorter. First time I washed it was obvious why she took so much time straightening. Since then I have sent her pics of the issue and messaged 7 different times, her preferred means of communication. The responses I have gotten back each time relate to"seeing" my messages and no offers to help. read more

This was a nightmare! On Friday, I went to this salon to have my very long hair trimmed (removing split ends; nothing more). After having my hair trimmed the girl proceeded to tell me that I have great natural curl. She kept saying I need to fix it "scrunched". I always straighten my hair, so it was a neat idea. She styled it beautifully, an I was pleased. Until the next morning when I showered and started straightening my hair. And noticed a huge chunk of my hair missing. So after I cried for an hour, I messaged the business on Facebook. (because they never answer their phone). I finally heard from the owner today (Tuesday) on Facebook. Basically I explained the situation even sent a picture to her showing the damage. She simply said "come in so we can fix it". I explained that I already got it fixed. And that I just want a refund. Not at any point did I speak to her disrespectfully. But she has now blocked me and refuses to return my calls. This whole event has left me bitter and heart broken. My 1st visit will be my last...so disappointed with my haircut. Where do I begin? Barely trimmed some areas heavy and bulky, scissor marks all over (dull scissors?), layers are not blended well at all, took a phone call and a customer at the boutique counter in the MIDDLE of my haircut (2 interruptions of stopping and resuming the cut). No wonder it is such a mess!!! Cannot do a thing with it - was better off before I had the cut. read more

WOW!! I honestly can not say enough about my experience with Laura! She is amazing! It was my birthday and my fiance wanted me to get my hair done and I was searching everywhere and looking at reviews online when I found a biz card I had picked up earlier in the summer and it was for a free haircut. Since I was getting color as well I called to see if she could fit me in. I must mention the night before I had a party with my Fiance and Jose Cuervo, 3 was not a crowd. LOL! Well I decided to save some time and get a head start on the hair cut. OMGosh, I cut over 4 inches off of my hair and when I woke up the next morning I was afraid to look in the mirror. However, it looked really cute but was not even. Laura not only shaped up my wreck but added some great highlights as well. When I walked out I did not look like the same person! I went in feeling like a 1 star and came out 100% 5 stars!! I am sure the owner is really good as well and her name is Lori I think. Ask for Laura if you go and she will rock your world!!
