We did not get our promised training and not responses after that. We have been negotiating with Exodus on how much we need to pay to get control of the website we paid Exodus to create. I thought we had an agreement earlier today but by afternoon Kris at Exodus is making an additional demand. We will abandon what we paid Exodus for. Exodus is unreliable and I have come to not to be able to trust what they write to me or post elsewhere.

Meaning, I hired them so that I retain full ownership of my website, WordPress credentials, content, etc. They promised training so, I can make any changes to MY website in the future when I chose but didn't follow through on the training. Then, they informed me they took the opportunity to go behind my back and copyright MY website design, not on my company behalf but theirs. The latest development set off EVERY opportunity to make up new charges and to overcharge me, at every turn. When I didn't pay the "charges" or I questioned yet another made up excuse of missing yet another missed deadline, I was "punished" with even slower service, no responses to emails and phones calls followed by innumerable excuses and, even more charges. Worse, my website still wasn't complete. This went on for months....MONTHS. I heard every excuse you can imagine. In my opinion, their final work wasn't only extremely late but looked 1990's workmanship was so outdated I couldn't even unveil it to clients. BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE TRUE!! We had status calls and meetings and I was assured that all would be deployed and there were no issues that were unforeseen. The last discussion was on Friday, I was to leave for vacation on Monday morning and the last remaining items would be deployed for my client to test. On Monday morning He did not answer the phone.. Did not call me back. And then I received a message that he could not complete and look for someone else. This was after 2 months of work and at the worst possible time. He knew this and put me in a very difficult position. Extreme lack of integrity. I was very flexible with them on the project. Use them at your own risk.
