On Saturday, May 2nd 2026, my wife came in asking for 8x flat rate boxes but was told she's not allowed that many boxes and was given the most ridiculous reason along with an attitude - "...what if everyone asked for 8 boxes everyday how can we keep up with supplies..." Well first of all, it is NOT our problem if you don't stock sufficient supplies, that is YOUR job. If you cannot keep up with supplies what is the purpose of your store. Secondly, we paid for the service, which includes the box (IT IS NOT FREE). You should have been happy that we have more shipments than normal, giving your store more traffic. It is a good thing I was not present when you insulted my wife. We will NOT be coming back to this "low-rating" store and will also report this incident up. REMEMBER (IN CASE YOU FORGET) - THE PURPOSE OF YOUR STORE IS TO SERVE CUSTOMERS !!!

This fee is not disclosed at the time of purchase but you will see it on your receipt. Today I purchased a postal scale, the price online was 75.59, the price in store was 159.99! I also got a coupon while looking online for 25% off any regular priced item. Sure enough, the scale rang up as 159.99. I showed them the online price and they immediately matched it. They thought the coupon might be for online orders only (it was not). Then they thought it might be for pick-up orders only (it was not). I offered to stand in front of them, purchase it online and wait the prescribed online "ready for pick-up" time of 20 minutes. Happily the register accepted the coupon without having to play the bought it online game. I give them stars for not hassling me too much and walked out having paid 56.69.

I didn't need a label or a receipt. There was a line but the gal (Adelena was her name) I approached was waiting for the next customer so I went up to the counter just to ask her quickly where I could leave the package and she didn't even let me finish my sentence before she literally yelled at me saying I needed to get in line. I tried to ask her again and she again yelled at me telling me I had to wait in line. She was very rude, very loud and it was embarrassing. I don't know why I couldn't just drop it off. It would've been no different than leaving it in one of the dropboxes. Every time I've been in here people have been either been rude or barely acknowledge you and seem unhappy with their jobs. There are other UPS drop off locations that I will be using just to avoid this one. The one in Edina has wonderful customer service.
