Terrible service. Unable to have order delivered. After waiting three weeks was told another 40 working days to even schedule delivery. Drove over 400 miles to pick up order. Teen delivered an undamaged bedframe to me from Unlimited Furniture back in September. The two men did not know what they were doing when they assembled it and cross threaded bolts which damaged the bed frame. I am still trying to get the damaged parts replaced! Horrible experience! Literally did not properly set up my table. Out of 12 required screws, only put in 7. Did not even properly put in those 7!!! When I contacted the company, they told me it's not their problem. I should contact the company of origin. Worst delivery experience ever!!! read more

Very frustrating to schedule the delivery. The scheduling team was difficult and in no way customer service focused to deal with. The installation team was excellent however. The when they showed up, they did not have all the items that were promised and consequently, we have to go through the scheduling process yet again. Extremely frustrating. Terrible experience. The call center, scheduling team, and back office support team were rude, acted annoyed that they were asked to provide support, and provided no assistance. For the almost $800 spent (initial and redelivery fee), I would say don't waste your money. It's not worth it. The headache this company caused was not worth the money spend --- especially considering that it took the delivery team all of 5 minutes to unload and setup the bed. Not worth it! 100% satisfied with they service! My bed was delivered on time and assembled in a timely manner. They protected my floor and made sure to leave enough space behind it so there wouldn't be any damage to the wall behind it. They were polite and professional, and before they left they made sure everything was to my satisfaction! Delivery was worth every penny! read more

I've quite literally never dealt with a worse delivery service. I've had two deliveries from this company where the product was open and completely exposed to the environment. The first product being an expensive white rug which was extremely dirty and barely covered when it arrived. The second was a sofa as pictured in the photo. There was zero care taken in delivering the sofa. I watched them drop it off of the delivery truck then proceed to use the smallest furniture dolly known to man for which the sofa fell off the side. For both deliveries I confronted them about why their service was so terrible. They had nothing of substance to say. When prompted to complete a survey for both deliveries I was very clear on how poorly they had gone. The first delivery was placed "under investigation" for which I've never heard anything more about. The second came with a flimsy apology. Long story short. Go with any other business if you have the opportunity. read more

Miguel and David were dressed neatly, behaved professionally, cheerfully--very "can do" attitudes and with great care. They placed everything exactly where I asked and worked to make sure things were right for me. The removal of boxes and trash was magical. I can't say enough about this experience. Horrible experience with this company. I paid for pick up on August 13, 2024 and still have not received the item to date. I canceled the order since their "transport" company won't pick up chairs that are not boxed/packed??? Aren't they a moving company so I assume they should have blankets. They have picked up an item for me before without any issues so not sure what is different this time. After many phone calls, e-mails and notes on their website I gave up and canceled the order. They have wasted my time. I will be using another company to pickup and deliver. Dealing with this establishment has been a nightmare. read more

My delivery date was put off a day but i then received a phone call asking if i would like it the original date had they had time. The two men were polite and had been working a long day. We went over where to place the furniture, they carried it up two flights of stairs (one was a sleeper sofa) and placed it in the room. They left the room clean and took all trash with them when they left. I would highly recommend both the company and the two movers.
