Rude, nasty, delivered 1 hour earlier than I was told, then insisted I be home within 10 minutes or else would leave my furniture in front of my door. UPDATE ON THIS COMPANY 6/12/2024 WOW!! is all I can think of saying. I want to update because I am beside myself. I received a call from the lovely Joyce Gross. A rep from the company . I was informed that the boss was very sad to know about my experience with the delivery drivers and wanted to rectify. A sincere apology upon learning about my experience. I just want to say that I have NEVER had a company be so sincere when contacting me. Wow!! I sincerely appreciate how Ms Joyce took the time and had the patience to speak with me. Her kindness, very professional, super patient, and a great listener. They run the company, but were not aware that stuff like this took place until I wrote about it. Unfortunately, another instance of an online service business hiding service limitations in fine print. We paid extra for a Thuma bed to get delivered and setup on the 3rd floor of our townhome. I get that there will be service limitations, but companies such as this one really know how to pull a fast one. I exchanged several emails with a "project manager", coordinated delivery (because they informed me that the ONLY date in the near future was when we were out of country) while we were out on vacation, and the gentleman never bothered to mention that they would ONLY deliver it up a max of 2 floors. Well played, DeliveRong. Hats off. 175 bucks and a round of applause. Update on 8/21: Just received this email from the amazing team at DeliveRight: "Good morning Arpan, Kindly be advised that based on the proof of the delivery, the items were received yesterday by [my friend]. We also received a report yesterday that the delivery team were advised to leave the items to the 2nd floor & No assembly was required since the items will still be moved to the 3F. Thank you & have a great day!" So basically, they are blaming us for not letting the delivery guys setup the bed in our LIVING ROOM, without acknowledging that they wouldn't deliver it to our bedroom. Their delivery guy basically told us they wouldn't take it up another floor without "getting paid", and they couldn't get through to DeliveRight to seek payment. This. Is. So. Painful. read more

Very inflexible delivery scheduling. Original delivery was over and hour past their delivery window, one piece was not level and rejected (not sure if manufacturing defect or not but they certainly didn't offer to fix it or troubleshoot ). None of them could communicate well enough in English how to "reject" one piece and "accept" the other in their app, which was not particularly user friendly and person whose phone it was on kept getting calls while I was trying to fill out paperwork on his phone and grabbing it away from me. They were nice, but scratched my floor installing the piece I did accept. Still waiting back on resolution to that from company after 2 months and poor communication. I repeatedly requested that any deliveries during the week to be scheduled for 4 PM or later. Otherwise, I could accommodate them on the weekend if they needed to deliver on Saturday or Sunday. I was told by the company that they would do their best to accommodate me and then received an email stating my window was from 10:30 to 1:30. Fine, I understood that they may not be able to honor my request, so I had scheduled a day off of work to be home. They did not arrive with my items until after 3 PM. This was especially frustrating because at no point was I communicated with throughout the day to let me know they were running behind. Repeated calls to the customer service line went unanswered and straight to voicemail. This was especially exasperating because my child was at school and I had no way to pick him up because I thought that I would be done with this well in advance of being able to leave to leave to get him on time. In a panic, I had to find a babysitter and somebody to pick him up and disrupt his teacher to convey the change to my son. Incredibly frustrating day and lack of communication from the company made this a very stressful day. read more

Horrible service. Customer service cannot give you any answers on when something will actually be delivered. We ordered furniture that was set to be delivered by Deliveright. It's been over 3 months waiting for this delivery. Deliveright scheduled their delivery one day, but it failed to be delivered. Called customer service and the lady said "you're right that it was supposed to be delivered, but it's been moved to the next day." Next day rolls around, no delivery. Called customer service again and I was told well the truck broke down. (A truck breaking down is their go-to lie...I mean excuse for no delivery) Then the same thing happened the next day and we were told there wasn't a driver for you. I suspect the package will never come at this point. read more

Deliveright is great when it works out but really bad when it does not. My two stars is based on the bad out weighing a 5 star experience with a Zero experience. You need to weigh that into your decision to use them. First order was perfect - scheduled and delivered. The second order I have not received. It seems to have made its way around the world with vague information and changes to their tracking information. When I called to find out where the order was the overseas customer support provided me the same vague information, which is code for I have no idea. Eventually I got an email to schedule which I did. Unfortunately, they were a no show and never contacted me to tell me they were not coming. I did manage to get someone in the warehouse who apologized and told me the truck broke down, again not true, after multiple calls, they acknowledged not having enough orders on the truck. Three days later I spoke to the same woman to find out when the order would be rescheduled. She told me I was not rescheduled as I did not return their messages to reschedule. After proving to her I had returned her call and spoke to her, she once again told me they could not deliver as they did not have enough items going to my location. Hard to image since I am right off I-95 in SC on the way to anywhere in the south or northeast. At the end of the day, what I experienced is extremely poor customer service and dishonesty as they tried to explain their way out of a situation. I agree with another reviewer that it is impossible to get in touch with the actual company as they seem to outsource everything. For me it is very frustrating as I thought I finally found a delivery company that was good, unfortunately, not sure that exists. read more

Canceled my order for no reason while I approved delivery on the site first thing in the morning. Called driver and company right away and told them I did not cancel it and the company was trying to call them to tell them to deliver. They lied to the company saying they left the area. I was tracking them and they did not and still had a way to go before being anywhere near me. company spent 3 days trying to get them to deliver it and they had to nerve to send me a next delivery date for almost 20 days later. I told them to send it back and to give me a refund. Terrible customer service. They texted prior upon delivery which was awesome! Only complaint is you may get a call the day prior and it's a different associate then the deliverer. The associate may give you the wrong time frame from actual delivery. I was bugged I had to switch my plans last minute to meet them on time. I also thought they'd install it, but they did not ring my doorbell. I happened to go outside and see they put it in the driveway in a massive box so be prepared for that kind of delivery. I decided to just do the install myself. I'm not sure if it was an option for install so maybe it was my fault? so just know that it comes in a box. 4 stars because of the install and wanting better communication upon arrival. read more
