Each massage I've had has been unique and completely what I needed at that time. The massage therapists there really work off intuition and you're not going to get the same session from each practitioner. One of the therapists is also a nutritionist with an holistic approach and another is also a life coach! Lovely, lovely experience each visit. I've also taken a yoga class there from Zoe. She does free yoga once a month so I felt like it was a really good opportunity to get in and try out the space. There are other instructors there (and please forgive me, I'm a little ignorant when it comes to types/styles of yoga) who teach/guide classes where you memorize the flow and they are there to assist you further into a pose or help you get into a handstand, whatever. I have ONLY OBSERVED these classes, I am not that advanced yet. When Bobbi Misti comes back in May 2018, I may try to take on the class! They also have a great gift/salve/tincture/essential oil boutique. I seriously think this is a hidden gem for gift shopping. I think everything they have is locally made, so that's pretty cool that they're supporting other local businesses in their business. She said she could only do 45 minutes so I said OK. Living close by I went right over . I noticed this was a different woman that I had had a month ago. No problem . It helps to relax. if you don't bring ur phone in and play ur own u can hear the traffic etc from outside. So my phone was next to me playing spa music. Shes showed me a text message that said OWNER RAISED PRICE. They have a price list right on the wall. I know what I paid four weeks ago, so the price was now increased. OK well I'm gonna take that out of your tip because that's not OK. If you want to raise the price, you better make sure you have trained people in there and the Massage given to the customer is worth it. Now I have to get undressed so we've already wasted about seven minutes. It was 6 o'clock. I was supposed to have a 45 minute massage. She stopped at 6:35. OK I paid for 45 min there is no relaxing with this Massage. She starts out rough, and finishes rough. There's no downtime , since there's no soothing music. There's no face massage no neck or hand nothing soothing and to anyone who gets massages-I think you know what I mean. Just bing bang done. I had to ask her to use oil again... and when she did, although she did get a hot towel, she then started to dry my skin off with paper towel towels!! ‍‍‍ These people are not trained as massage therapist. There is no way they are licensed therapist!! she gave me a massage like she would give her daughter or friend. No pressure points. Everything was very quick. And rough, banging on my back then she had me sit up so she could massage my back. This was very odd. I wasted $80. Not happy about it. I'm tempted to call them and go get my money back. I did give her $20 extra for her time and for having me come in so quickly but the more I think about it the more I annoyed I become. On the other side of the reception area Camille was frantically trying to get ahold of the company that prints her gift certificates. I think she was hoping to curb some future shortage before it happened. After finishing up, she apologized profusely, and took me to the back room. Before exiting so that I could take off my clothes and snuggle under the covers, Camille engaged me in a highly entertaining discussion about her recent travels (due to a physical ailment that kept her from massaging) and the massage college she attended in Florida. By the time the conversation shifted to my body soreness and areas for her to focus on, I had been on the clock for about fifteen minutes or so. I was concerned. At most of the wham, bam, thank you maim type massage parlors I've frequented, when you pay for an hour, you never really get an hour. I've been known to inundate my massage therapists with questions such as "Wait, my hour includes undressing time?" and "Are seriously going to do breathing exercises and share a yogurt with your pet pufferfish that you keep in the bathroom while my clock ticks down?" for that very reason. But at Camille Baughman, when you pay for an hour you get an hour. Or an hour and five. Camille takes her time to do things right and isn't (or at least doesn't give off the impression of being) a clock watcher. I really like that. But what I love most about Camille's massages is that she listens and caters them to your needs. Remember that conversation we had at the beginning? The one where she asked me what areas to focus on? I have that same conversation with every massage therapist I visit. The lot of them pretend to listen and then just go about their typical routine. Did they really put more effort into my quads? I couldn't tell. With Camille, you can tell. When I asked for her to focus on my quads, she did. She did more with them than anyone else I've ever visited. Another thing that Camille does well is that she isn't afraid to push deep. Her deep isn't an I intend to make you writhe with pain type of deep but more of an organized and controlled pressure. It is the type of pressure that pushes one to the verge of pain but never really crosses the line into unpleasantness. Camille prides herself on her ability to provide a good massage. She doesn't need to dress it up by offering a lot of the things that other spas do. You won't see signs promoting chocolate face spritzers or lavender eyebrow threads or potpourri wax glaze. Its just hands and elbows meet back and shoulders. I don't say this lightly: Camille, of Camille Baughman & Associates, gives the best massage I've ever had. It is one of the reasons I really look forward to the holidays in PA.

For improvement, I suggest you publish a service price you want as tipping practice is based on customer satisfaction. It is a form of feedback. You should not argue for a higher tip and complain that you "worked hard and sweated".
