The owner of the condo which I lived in never addressed his ongoing mold issue in the condo which resulted in myself losing my employment, all my belongings due to contamination. I had to legally abandon the condo due to excessive mold. There is a general AC system which circulates the air throughout the building this circulated the mold throughout the whole building. The mold happened as a water pipe burst in the building in the winter of 2023 after they failed to turn on the heat in the winter. I would not recommend living here. I had numerous infections and it took me 6 months to recover damages and loss from their negligence.

We both really enjoyed our stay here.This place was just built about a year ago, so everything is new. Its only two blocks from Atwatter Metro Station and it has a Starbucks and Adonis supermarket in the same building which we both used almost daily. The condominium has 4 rooftop pools with BBQ Grills, tables, and beautiful views of Montreal. They also have a nice Fitness Center with a sauna, hot tub, and steam room.They also have a lounge area on the 20th floor which overlooks the entire city. This place seems to be soundproof. We didn't hear any street noise and it's located on a busy part of St Catherine. I'm not a Canadian citizen, but if I was I would really look into living at this place. So if you're able to live here, you want regret it. If you just staying in town for a while, there are some tenants that have rentals on Airbnb. If you want the Airbnb listing that I rented from, just PM me and ask.

This is the worst company I have dealt thus far. It is a nightmare. Staff except from concierges…read moreare extremely rude. The most severe problem that I did have with them was regarding my lease's renewal. They did not tell me that my lease will be renewed automatically for one more year. I sent them an email 2 months in advance to cancel my lease, but they rejected. They had lots of vacant apartment, and they forced me to pay 4 months penalty if I wanted to cancel my lease. I am not sure if everyone experiences this problem but my neighbor smokes cannabis every night which bothers me a lot. There are a lot of noises, I do have from my neighbors. I can hear even their television sound all nights. They promised me $ 160 for parking when I signed my lease, but they charged me $175. Finally, If you have a chance in another apartment, do not even think about it if not you have to deal with rude office staffers and loud neighbors, etc.

The building is well located in downtown (2 minutes of walk from St-Catherine street, Sherbrooke, Guy, de la Montagne, Concordia University... 10 minutes from McGill University, Centre Bell and other Montreal main attractions). So, you will probably save on taxi. On the other hand, it's located on a quiet street (Lincoln street) offering quite a reduced level of noise, especially at night. Great night security, hotel quality maintenance and the owner is on site all week long. Helpful staff, too. The exterior swimming pool is not really busy and you can relax after the day. However, avoid the place if looking for a party spot. The tenants/clients are mostly business workers, university students or newcomers to Montreal looking for a first place where to land and they are prompt to complain if there is any noise around. 4.5 stars

This is an apartments building downtown Montreal that I visited 3 weeks ago looking for an apartment for my sister who is going to Concordia University in Montreal, I saw the building and spoke to the manager and she showed me an apartment that was very clean and in a great condition, also the building is very well maintained. The manager of this building asked me sent me the application by email and asked me to fill it out, scan and email it back which I did, I also offered to go to Montreal even though I live in Ottawa to give a 100$ deposit but she "the manager" said that she wont rent the apartment and she gave me her word. I called to double check that she recieved my email and apparently she broke the word she gave me and the apartment is rented. This obviously caused a big deal of inconvinience and is very unprofessional of this building's manager.
