Two different bus stops can be found just a block one way, and a half a block the other direction! Very convenient for those who rely on public transportation. There's no doorman, but it's a very secure building. You must be buzzed in to enter. Access to the parking garage below ground is only gained once inside the building. Don't miss a view from the rooftop! It's not marked, but can be accessed from the 6th floor. There you can see a really neat building across the way with projected moving images on it! Bring up your mate, flutes of champs, cue your Spotify and dance under the full moon. Way romantic! The worst nightmare you can have about buying a pre-sale condo is not the change of the plan. It is your condo builder threatened you to cancel the deal, knowing you will be so afraid to lose the place you have been waiting for years. It is the condo builder doesn't honor the words they said, the blueprint they drew, the contract they signed their names on. And that is exactly what Rachel Julian are doing right now: taking condo buyers' money to build the project, and think they can take advantage from those people who put the trust on them even further.
