Because there were -22 degree wind chills that morning he was unable to change the tire himself. I called Morton Towing and within minutes Tyler Johnston arrived and assisted my partner in getting into the tow truck for warmth and then towed him to a garage in Morton for service (the tire and spare were both not usable). From start to finish it took less than 30 minutes for him to be back on the road. Though SafeCo took 4+ hours to connect us with a Road Side Assistance provider, once Joe's was assigned to us, the process was easy and relatively quick. Kyle came in a flat bed and did an amazing job getting my friend's 98 Cherokee back to the house. I stopped in to ALL AROUND TOWING and Junior found me a great used tire! He mounted and balanced it and put in on my car in about 20 minutes. This time, they actually showed up. They towed the truck to the requested repair place, then when we arrived they claimed that they had "accidentally" forgotten to mention that AAA told them to collect an additional $150 for the tow. They refused to put the truck down unless she paid. With no other choice, she bargained them down to half of that amount. We called AAA back immediately afterward and confirmed that there was no additional charge, so the people from Joe's lied and effectively stole $75 from us.
