I was on the waiting list for an apartment but when I called to inquire where I was on the list,…read morethe manager said I wasn't on the waiting list and then after checking someplace, she told me that she tried to reach me for 4 days (just a few weeks earlier) but couldn't and took me off the waiting list. She said it's not her problem that I didn't give a good mailing address, but I did give her a good mailing address and she never sent me a letter in the mail notifying me that I was at the top of the list, like's suppose to. And I don't think she tried to contact me for 4 days as she claims. If she did, she would have remembered my name when I called and inquired where I was on the waiting list. I believe the manger does not do what she's suppose to do but is quick to find fault with other people. She did not send me a letter notifying me that she had an apartment, and it was inappropriate of her to tell me she did, when she did not. She obviously takes people off the waiting list without properly notifying people and then blames the person for this, and this is wrong and I know is not how it's suppose to be done. I never received a letter from her when my name was at the top of the list and there was an apartment, and that's because she did not send me one, as she's suppose to.

It's not worth the price! Also, the land lady is a scam artist and screwed over my mother, and lied to her. She put in her notice after closing on a house, and the closure didn't go through - but the landlady told her she still had to move because someone else was moving in. Months later, the neighbors next door told her no one else has moved in. She was blatantly lied to. Avoid this place at all costs!

I lived at Campus Evolution when I was in graduate school, I graduated in 2017. Now, (2019) I out of the blue got a call from a collection agency stating I owe over $900. This was unbelievable, so I asked what did I owe the money for. According to the collection agency, I did not pay the deposit, the pet deposit, and then they added quite a bit of interest. I owned my dog before moving in, so both the pet deposit and regular deposit were due before moving in. Anyone who has rented an apartment knows you cannot move in without paying a deposit. I also renewed my lease, and this money was never requested. If I owed hundreds of dollars, why would they renew my lease? It simply did not make sense. I then called Campus Evolution and spoke with the assistant manager in charge of sending bills to collection. He stated that my account was sent to collections in error but he would look over my file to see how the error occurred. I said great, please tell them to stop calling me. A couple days later, I got a call from Campus Evolution. They stated that I actually owe money ($134) from the second month I lived the apartment. The bill in question had inaccuracies, such as stating I did not renew my lease (I did). In addition, they did not itemize my bill. I told the assistant manager that if I owe money, I would pay it, but I did not think I did. If he could provide me with an itemized bill, stating why I owe the money, I would pay it. The assistant manager agreed that an itemized bill was a reasonable request. Approximately one month goes by and I did not receive an itemized bill. I thought this might mean that they found more errors in their bookkeeping and I do not owe money. Instead of a bill, I get a collections posted on my credit report for the already determined incorrect amount of over $900. Throughout all this, I am still receiving calls from the collection agency who are literally yelling at me, and implying that I am stupid and trying to cheat people out of their money. All I did was ask for clarification of my charges, and I get yelled at. The collection agency also offered to make an illegal deal with me in regards to the debt.

I was able to move in with my dad a co-signer, since I didn't have any renter's history. The manager/landlord, Karoline, was a very kind lady and helped me get moved to Warrensburg from California. Living at Electric Springs Apartments was probably one of the best times of my life, except for the horrifically rude neighbors and the annoying upstairs neighbors that found it okay to play DDR in the middle of the night. We never had any issues, and the maintenance guy was always on top of things. The manager always answered her phone, even in the middle of the night when we had our next door neighbors come and slam on our door to tell us to "shut the f*** up" because we were chatting in our own bedroom... Overall, great place...minus the excessive bugs and the muddy worms that would come in through our kitchen during rainy days.

While we were walking to the apartment, I saw her stop not once, but TWICE to pick up a cigarette butt. I was impressed by, from what I could tell, how much she cared about how clean it was there. It was clean enough already that I didn't even notice those on the ground, but she did. I don't know about you, but I don't want to live in a trashy place and its really reassuring that the staff feels that way too. Also, the apartment smelled good, which was a bonus. Warrensburg hasn't been great with the apartments in town so I was pleasantly surprised by this small thing. For the record, ended up leasing a 4bd. Go take a look and then come be my neighbor!

My house need some repairs and she contacted a contractor who took care of the problem in less than a week. She described the hous very accuarately. We received two bids over the asking price. She knew we would be out of the country when the house when on the market. She kept us informed of the status of the house and we were able to accept an offer while we were out of the country. I would not recommend renting from Taigan Plummer as a landlord or property manager…read more I lived at this residence for three years before she became the property manager, and during that time I never had issues with prior landlords. I always paid rent and maintained a good relationship with previous management. Since Plummer took over management, the experience has been extremely concerning. I have repeatedly raised issues about maintenance and tenant safety that were ignored or never properly addressed. For example, my neighbor has smoked inside their unit and the smoke travels directly through the vents into my home. Despite reporting this multiple times, nothing was done. There have also been serious maintenance issues. Plumbing problems have been ongoing, and mold under my kitchen counter remained unresolved for months. Water damage was never properly cleaned, and the outdoor drainage appears to be missing a covering, which led to a frog infestation inside the property. These problems were reported several times without meaningful response. In addition, I experienced inappropriate behavior from the maintenance worker who was sent to the home. I reported this but did not receive any follow-up or support. Instead of addressing the issues, my concerns were dismissed. I have documentation of many of these problems, including photos, text messages, and recordings. The property also failed a housing inspection during this time. Based on my experience with communication, maintenance response, and tenant safety concerns, I cannot recommend this landlord or property management. The small knob downtown area is walking distance. Great Thai food near by as well as the main coffee place in town. These apartments were priced so fairly. We made our space look as cozy as we could and ALWAYS had our guests wowed. And during the summer days we used the pool everyday makes for a good workout. Our sweet kitty loved living there too awesome landlord! I found some pics of our apt not so clear but just an idea of how things looked inside.
