I would not recommend renting from Taigan Plummer as a landlord or property manager.
I lived at this residence for three years before she became the property manager, and during that time I never had issues with prior landlords. I always paid rent and maintained a good relationship with previous management.
Since Plummer took over management, the experience has been extremely concerning. I have repeatedly raised issues about maintenance and tenant safety that were ignored or never properly addressed. For example, my neighbor has smoked inside their unit and the smoke travels directly through the vents into my home. Despite reporting this multiple times, nothing was done.
There have also been serious maintenance issues. Plumbing problems have been ongoing, and mold under my kitchen counter remained unresolved for months. Water damage was never properly cleaned, and the outdoor drainage appears to be missing a covering, which led to a frog infestation inside the property. These problems were reported several times without meaningful response.
In addition, I experienced inappropriate behavior from the maintenance worker who was sent to the home. I reported this but did not receive any follow-up or support. Instead of addressing the issues, my concerns were dismissed.
I have documentation of many of these problems, including photos, text messages, and recordings. The property also failed a housing inspection during this time.
Based on my experience with communication, maintenance response, and tenant safety concerns, I cannot recommend this landlord or property management. I have screenshot text messages, audio, recordings, video, recordings, and pictures. read more
