When submitting a work order they will do the minimal amount of work to address the problem which will result in several follow-up service requests. We filled at least 8 request for the AC unit, 5 for a leak in the roof that was causing water to come in the front door during heavy rain as well as causing model on the living room walls. They replaced the lower portion of the over hanging roof but did not address the actual roof so now the next resident will experience the same problems. There were several requests made for the patio sliding glass door not properly sealing there was a 2 to 2.5 in gap between the stationary portion of the door and the frame. Each time they cam to fix it, it was pointed out that the door was still not flush and there was was a significant gap allowing air to exit the apartment as well as allowing bugs into the apartment. This summer my electric bill reached 220 dollars despite the AC being set on 78 and the fact that I work 12 hours shifts and was only home to sleep accept on the weekends. The office staff was friendly and tried there best to address issue but the property owners seemed to always opt for the cheap fix. Much of the staff was gone when I left accept for Tamara who will go above and beyond to help you if she can. New staff that came with the properties 3rd owner in the 4 years I was a resident doesn't appear to be very friendly or genuine. Prior to renting pay special attention to the exteriors of the buildings especially the one you apartment is going to be in, you will notice the up keep of the roofs, gutters etc is in a neglected state. Also do you research on the shooting that occurred a few months back in the middle of the day as well as look at the sex offender registry. There are several sex offenders with the predatory designation with in a mile radius last i checked.

She should not be a manager with that poor attitude, it makes this new company look bad. You can tell she has a defensive attitude that doesn't accept criticism. I had issues that needed to be fixed, and not once in the year that I lived there was it fixed. You can have hope, but when you show up to the office, they are NEVER there. The complex is dirty, rats roam the place. Everything is money, they want you to pay for damages that were already in the apartment before you moved in. Thank God I wrote it all down beforehand, but they try to get you. This place lacks integrity, and respect. It's all flowers at first because they're trying to rent you a place, but after that. Ha! The floors outside the apartment are disgusting, trash stains and smells like dog urine. They have been saying the they are "remodeling", but as you can see I'm posting this review. If you work hard to earn your money, do not spend it here.
