This company is only interested in easy big money and has no humanity. Several times over the last months I have contacted them inquiring about a case and as soon they found out this was not a massive media case but I am nothing but a small man, they were not interested. This is exactly why you only hear about this company when big thing happen because they are not interested in small cases. for that you have to find lawyers through the bar or local privately owned small business.

I was optimistic to let this firm handle a case after my car accident which was end of May. I…read moreunderstand the process and both insurance parties communicating but I contacted ONLY (end of June/early July) due to a financial strain that took place after the accident. Cassandra, an assistant, first said she would call me back that Monday evening. I called her back right before 5pm for her to say that the lawyer was out of office until Thursday. Called a few days after and got "oh it'll be a few weeks"...meanwhile, I was facing an eviction. And, actually got my first ever eviction. After relocating, they called to schedule an interview but I missed the call being that I'm now in the country with poor cell phone service. So I sent an email, no response at all. Just called, the lawyer is not in and was busy attending seminars which is why no one had the courtesy to respond I guess. We need a new therapist, we are in pain, we have been evicted and have went from FL to SC. This firm clearly either doesn't care about its clients or has way too much on their plate. However, I learned my first lesson in the aftermath of an auto accident; RESEARCH first. I do not recommend this firm to anyone looking for real help.
