This has nothing to do with the product, but everything to do with who i assume is the owner…read more approx 6pm tonight (memorial day) I pulled into the parking lot of this business. The ONLY safe place around, as I was having serious car troubles. A middle aged man in glasses comes out to me and says. "What are you doing on my property?" I quickly apologized and hop out of the vehicle to explain we are having car problems. before i go any further, I will note a few things. this is a well sinaged business lot. not someone's home driveway. My hazards were on , hood popped open. My husband was outside under the hood trying to inspect. i am very visably pregnant. Clearly we were not presenting any eminent danger to the gentleman, or disrupting his business. i digress... so i explain to the gentleman that i needed to pull over to a safe location to get help. he looks at me and says, "the shoulder is a safe place. this is private property. you are setting off my alarms" i was in a space at the outer perimeter of the parking lot, not near the building. next to a busy road. i wasn't tripping off alarms. he made a pregnant woman leave his PARKING LOT and go on the shoulder of a busy, but population and building isolated HIGHWAY, To wait for a tow. An extremely dangerous stretch of road where there have been many accidents. people have died, surrounded by dense forest, with cars whizzing by at 70+ mph on a holiday weekend, where I cam venture to guess a good amount of the drivers are technically legally drunk. oh and nightfall was approaching. you sir are a terrible human.

Back in May of 2021 I had large and small striping added to my truck which cost close to $500.00 but realized that the work involved was time consuming and very detail oriented. The installer Dave Kramer, initially did a great job and I was happy up until January of 2022 when the stripes began flaking,chipping and were coming off the trucks exterior. I stopped by the office and found out that the business had recently been sold and the new owner told me -"he will not honor past work and takes no responsibility' even though the SAME employees are using the SAME materials at the SAME location. Then quite to my surprise I was told that it was MY fault that their materials and install failed because of something I DID...which is totally false since I am truly a fanatic when it comes to keeping my trucks very clean and neat. He stated that 'I must have done something like drag a rough towel across the stripes to cause damage or have used bleach'. REALLY? Why would I damage what I thought was an excellent looking striping project that I paid a good amount for-makes no sense and he offered-get this- to redo it for even MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE- and would not even meet me halfway or even giving me a small discount due to a faulty install and mistake that DAVE KRAMER made. VERY SAD that a business will not be honorable and stand behind their work and have some integrity. Now I have to find another installer who can remove the previous job and start all over again. And even more sad that they blame me and absolutely refuse to take any responsibility for the shoddy work that was performed. This is not a way to run a business especially with a new owner and not very customer friendly. So I would be very careful about patronizing this particular location and find another graphic shop that has pride in workmanship and will stand behind their work.
