Went down to check on the clothes that I had attempted to wash in the evening, and the same error codes were showing. I contacted AZE and the part that was needed to fix it wouldn't be available for 3-5 business days. That being unacceptable they are hopefully returning tomorrow the 30th to remove the part that was erroneously installed and issuing a refund. Turns out they're claiming I cancelled the credit card transaction but I still have to pay the $75 which I'm not. I've started the dispute process which includes all the messages between me and the technician.

I called immediately and canceled the appointment, explaining that the problem seemed to have resolved. Unfortunately, the fridge started cycling again, and I called back to say the problem remained, to ask if the Monday appointment were still open, and to request another service call be scheduled if not. I was assured I would get a call back. When I got no call by 4 pm Monday, I called again, and again was assured I would get a call back as soon as possible. When I still got no call, I called again Tuesday afternoon. I am now up against a wall: I need to leave town, the problem is not fixed, and I am concerned that it may be the compressor, even though the fridge is fairly new. Who knows what I will come home to find? False assurances of callbacks and no follow-through underscore a level of unreliability that sure doesn't work for me. "We can't make it" would have been OK -- I would have known to call another repair service. Encouraging others to steer clear.
