I highly recommend to be very cautious if you intend to hire Paul to represent you. Paul is very good at convincing you get involve in a law suit explaining there is several stop to the train. Paul did not mention that it was likely to take 3 years to get paid for the lawsuit we wanted to get involve in. We would have never got involve if Paul told us that from the beginning. Anyway, we pull out once I asked the question but Paul still sent us an invoice for $1,365.00. He claims he spent about 1.5 hours reviewing the case which is not true. Paul did not know anything about the case when we had our 1st phone call. You are supposed to hire a lawyer to protect yourself and you end up loosing money from that same lawyer. We contacted Dennis (Rep) DeLoach on a Wednesday, when we learned that our brother had suddenly become extremely ill and didn't have a will in place. After explaining the urgent situation to Rep, he rearranged his calendar to be able to meet with us at 4 pm that Friday. Just before the meeting, the doctors at the hospital told us our brother may not live (or be lucid) more than a few more days, as his kidneys were failing. Emotionally distraught, we explained the dire situation to Rep and his associate Christine, who quickly prepared a POA and will/trust documents, then accompanied us to receive our brother's last will and testament in person at his hospital bedside at 6 pm that very evening! Without the will, our brother's dying wishes for his disabled girlfriend and life partner to be cared for via his new trust would not have been possible. Have you ever gone to a business and everyone you encountered was super friendly and professional, a place where it was obvious that the employees take pride in their work and truly enjoy what they do and where they work? Such was my experience in visiting Rep DeLoach's law office recently. I visited his office on July 27th to meet with Rep to have my estate documents prepared. When I walked into the office, I was immediately met by a receptionist that greeted me with a smile and led me to a conference room. She offered me a beverage and let me know that Rep would be with me shortly. In this conference room was a tv screen with a personalized message welcoming me and letting me know that the attorney would be with me shortly. This was a very nice touch. Rep DeLoach soon walked in and I found him to be very friendly, caring, and professional. He explained each document in a manner that was easy to understand. He asked questions to gain an understanding of my needs and any special concerns or questions that I had regarding these documents. My situation is not complex/unusual, and I was able to leave that day with the prepared estate documents (Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, and Living Will).
