Sales person asked me what i need, i told her exactly what i saw advertised. She said that they must start me up with $60/mo service, add activation fee, etc... So my charge would be $119 today. Nothing like that was in advertisement so they lost me as a customer, i would suggest not to go there. I' ve got exactly what i want in another store, about 20 minutes drive from this dungeon.

He genuinely cares about his customers and I trust him with anything pertaining to helping me with my account. However on July 7th I visited the store because I had to get a new phone and he was off that day. I had the pleasure of meeting Melvin and Glenda. My situation was a bit complicated and they both teamed up to help me in anyway that they could. They were very patient, their customer service should be well over 10+ star's, their energy upon showing how much they actually care about their customers and made me feel welcomed. Now that Melvin and Glenda helped me solve my phone issue and helping me decide on which phone fits best for me, I know now that there's two other employees at this location that are just as trustworthy, will take the time to help me with whatever I need, and really take pride in what they do. They're very knowledgeable and extremely inviting. The team that has been built at this location are far from boring, and really made my day when I walked out that door. I highly recommend coming to this location, because Melvin, Glenda, and Kasier are dedicated to helping you with anything and I promise you that as soon as you walk in the door, having the pleasure of meeting one of them, you won't be disappointed, while leaving with that reinsurance that you were not taken advantage of.

When I politely asked why the price was different, she told me to go somewhere else and said she did not need my business. When I asked to speak with the owner, she said the owner had no time for me, ordered me to leave, and threatened to call the police. As I walked out, she yelled, "Fuck you. Don't ever come back." I remained calm and only asked about the advertised price. No customer should ever be treated this way. Avoid this location.

Are you serious????You still want me to pay $300 for NOTHING???? As a favor, the tech offered to disable some of the background programs that seem to slow the older computers down. Yup, speed it up a bit but what he didn't tell me is that it was going to disable my ability to search for documents in my computer. Thank G*d for Google-I fixed it my own self. I was supposed to get a proposal last week for the other work we need done. Still haven't received it. Guess what?? Do you seriously think I am going to have this compnay touch anything my office again??? NOT!!!!!
