Hi, I've been a customer of Bryan Furniture for the last 4 years. I normally don't write many…read morereviews, but I had to acknowledge the great customer service at this furniture store. I bought a large sofa that had 3 recliners, and 2 additional seats in it. I bought this sofa for great price over 2 years ago. I've enjoyed the sofa very much, but recently one of the mechanisms in one of the recliners broke making it hard to open and close. I called Bryan Furniture to just see if I could replace the one recliner, since the sectional came in three parts. Joe, a friendly and knowledgable salesman called the manufacture himself to find out what could done to fix or replace the individual recliner. The manufacturer stated the part I'm looking for including the entire sofa is no longer being made, or serviced. Joe apologized for my convenience and said he would be willing to take back my entire old sofa, and exchange it for a brand new one of my choice(within reason). :-) You just don't see customer service like this anymore. I recommend Joe, and Bryan Furniture for all your household needs. Excellent store with huge varieties at great prices. Class A place. Sincerely, Aron.

My daughter recently purchased this Broyhill sectional and I loved it so much I bought one also in a different fabric. Stop in and look around, they have a huge inventory.

After 12 weeks told Lazy Boy was out of fabric and I would have to wait a unknown amount of time to get my 2 recliners. Ask if I could get something else because of the wait I was told NO it was not Anderson 's fault it was Lazy Boy's fault. Waited another 3 weeks NO chairs and still no assistance. Told you will have wait we can't do anything for you. Had to move my mom's furniture but still no chairs. Movers coming in 1 week. 16 weeks not in, I called and was told I had to wait to talk to my sales person and she was on vacation. The person who answered the phone promised the management would call me and said they would make sure I was happy . No call from management. 17 weeks my chairs finally come in but the movers have already moved my mom. Asked what could they do to help me and I was told all they can do is charge me $1300 restocking fee to keep the chairs. REALLY!! Asked again to talk to management and was told he was in a meeting and would call me as soon as he got out. THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO AND NO CALL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

First thing that bothered me, when we walked in a worker started to approach and spoke and I started to speak back. Well, he instantly bypassed myself and went straight to the elderly couple that got out of the Mercedes. Second thing that bothered me is not one person stopped to ask if I needed help with anything but you bet your last dollar they approached everyone in front, side, and behind me. We were in the store total for 40 minutes and not ONE sleazy salesperson offered to help. Yes, we may not look like we have money to spend, but you better be careful who you pass up. Someone missed out on a giant piece of commission while we had cash in hand.

Once I finished shopping, I was privileged to be in the checkout line to witness Target employee Chris interacting with the customers ahead of me. He was so professional and friendly, handling each person as if he knew them, issuing a warm smile with every interaction. I saw other Target associates come to him asking when to take their breaks or how to handle a particular issue. Chris quickly answered them without losing track of the task or customer in front of him. When it was my turn in line, I asked him how long he had been in management because he looked so young. To my surprise, he told me that he was not a manager. I wish more people with customer service jobs took the time to engage with those around them, as Chris at Target in Marion, IL, does.
