Although we had some bad ones, most carers were great and appreciated, the carers oftently mentioned the Head Office fiddling around with their hours and pay, not caring about their lives outside work . So then in our 15th year with them, they randomly terminated care and only gave 2 weeks notice when we paid monthly, the official reason was some bs Conflict Of Interest, but in reality they did it because they were mad about my social worker looking into care companies for me didn't want us working with other ones for some reason, I would like to note I have autism and spent most of the time with them when I was a kid. I can't and won't stop you from getting care from them, but I do not recommend it for your own safety, trust me, it's like being in a prison.

About 3 weeks after a sudden break-up that involved the person I loved announcing that he was moving to the other end of the country to be with someone else, I thought I had my feelings under control. Even though it was for the best and I was clear that I didn't want to be in his way and vice versa, one night deeper emotions came to the surface. It was almost midnight here in California when I woke up stressed, sad, crying, and I had a deadline at work the next day. Deep breathing and meditation or yoga wasn't enough so I posted a callout on the International BodyTalk Association facebook group asking if there was a practitioner in the UK or overseas who could do an emergency BodyTalk session. Given the timezone differences, it was business hours in other places, and Louise responded in less than 20 minutes. Crisis had turned to opportunity. Louise used the Mindscape method in the BodyTalk session which was done by distance (thank God for Skype and email) for about an hour. She recorded everything so I could re-listen to reinforce the lessons learned. Not only could I sleep well and concentrated better, I was also able to stop crying. The tension in my body relaxed and the emotions that were keeping me stuck were released from my mind and body. I could feel the aches in my joints ease too. Louise did a mind-body detox even from an ocean and continent away. She was a committed listener and witness to how heartbroken and upset I was. She also reminded me what my mind and soul knew: that he was not the one yet I gave it a chance because I was willing to be wrong. In life, there are risks we take, because regret is worse when we wonder "what if". As sad as I was, that was the healing message needed to hear, as not risking would have been more upsetting than I was in the moment. If you are in London or nearby, definitely check out a session with Louise. Personally, my BodyTalk by distance or in person have been the same. I don't notice a difference in effectiveness either way. All I can tell is that I've experienced a positive benefit. Now I know that the next time I wake up in California in the middle of the night with my intuition telling me to that something painful and tugging my heart strings needs mending ... Louise is 8 hours ahead of me for overnight (my time) relief and restoration. She is an engineer by training and my BodyTalk session with her was a form of reverse mindscape engineering for healing.
