ALL requests are immediately and efficiently handled. The physician returns phone calls promptly and staff members get me instant answers to questions. The office is immaculately clean as well as beautifully and comfortably appointed. The staff is pleasant, professional and highly competent. Few physicians realize how much damage an inept staff does to their reputation and thus their income. The Office Manager, Joe, is simply amazing, I am ashamed to say that, if I still owned my business, I would try to hire him. I have some difficult health issues and have received the best and most conscientious care possible. Dr. Lipari correctly adjusted my medications when I first became his patient and recently took excellent care of me through two bouts of Covid and a complicated and not overly successful hip replacement resulting in painful bed sores. I told the front desk "Nurses" I would seek another doctor and they were very dismissive and high condescension. This place is only about that initial visit and price they charge you. I don't know about you but being able to use my right hand is extremely important to me and I was losing that ability due to carpal tunnel neuropathy. I started seeing Dr. Rice in May, 2017, and quickly had relief to a certain extent and as of today, November 2017 It has practically disappeared. It's 99% gone. Unlike many doctors who specialize, Dr. Rice has a broad knowledge as a chiropractor and nutritionist as well as an expert acupuncturist, and he brings that all to his game. What an amazing man. I felt comfortable talking with Dr. Matthews right away, and his calm and confident manner went a long way to help guide me to healing. His format seemed very standard, with leaving me alone in a room with the vibrating things on my back, adjusting me afterwards, and then asking me to do some physical therapy type stretches/activities in front of him that I would do at home. The hands-on adjustments were very brief and focused on the particular parts of the body where I was having issues (not the whole body). This seems to be extremely standard practice at most chiropractic offices I have visited. If I needed this type of care again, I would not hesitate to return. I don't know if this is still the case, but when I visited him, he was the only employee working, and I didn't initially realize that the person greeting me was the Dr. himself, as he didn't have a nametag on or identify himself. I did find this kind of awkward, in that it meant I had to talk insurance and scheduling and payments with my chiropractor. He may have an assistant by now, so this may have changed.
