Jamie fixed the problem before I even got home, and then had Paul and Nick meet me up at my house. Paul and Nick were so helpful and explained to me exactly how my system worked. Paul sent me a text with a graph of septic tank pumping frequencies in years. They also walked my drain field out with me and explained how my septic system works. As a business owner, I was exceedingly impressed with the customer service, knowledge, and patience to explain to me about my system.
