My 16-year-old son went to his regular appointment at Del's Barber Shop and was about 10 minutes late. Instead of simply asking him to reschedule, his regular barber sent him to another barber. Unfortunately, the haircut turned out extremely uneven and poorly done. My son asked for his hair to be thinned out, but very little was actually cut, and what was cut looked choppy and uneven. What upset me even more was how the situation was handled afterward. When I called the shop calmly to explain what happened, I spoke directly with the owner, who was extremely rude and immediately blamed my son, saying the haircut was "his fault" and "not their problem." There was no professionalism, accountability, or attempt to correct the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way customers are treated matters. My son left embarrassed and upset, and the response from the owner made the experience even worse. Very disappointing experience overall. read more

We have tried Del a few times - he takes less than 10 minutes to cut my son's hair and for the price of 27.00 it's not worth it. He does not have good customer service, and he makes you feel that he does not like his job. Being the owner he needs to do better and appreciate his customers. I cannot believe what just happened. I sent my son for a haircut. He knew what he wanted and he explained to the barber what he wanted, and the barber decided it was faster to give him a buzz cut. It was over in three minutes. I talked to the manager, Del, and he didn't care at all. My husband went last week and they were done in 5 minutes, they don't care about what you want, they just want to shave your head off and charger you for that. Good place for a buzzcut. read more

Del's is probably the best barbershop I've been to. Making appointments is incredibly easy using yelp messages or calling. I've tried 2 of the barbers and they have cut my hair to perfection. You get a nice cut, with a razor blade finish and a hot towel to finish it off. The prices are very competitive $17 and the barbers deserve every cent and more. The people are great and no other barbershop is like it. I will definitely come back for my haircuts here even when I'll be in Miami. read more
