I live in California and my Mum lives in Sudbury, I have been to Herman's pharmacy a couple of times to pick-up things for my Mum. Herman is always concerned (and it is genuine) about how my Mum is. My Mum has told me about many times when she has had a question or concern and Herman has gone the extra mile and taken the time to explain or help in any way he can. It is hard being so far away but it sure is nice to know that for any pharmacy related issues Herman is there, they deliver to the house, gives her a particular over the counter product for what is ailing her and waves her off saying no charge have a good day. If a payment plan is needed, they will work one out that fits your budget. They also directly submit claims to most insurance companies so reimbursement (if applicable) is quick. Dr Kyle explained to us our options for braces and answered all our questions. The hygienists are very good at what they do, taking the time to explain every step of the way.
