Was just living out on the Delta loop each marina or resort within the loop itself as unique characteristics, activities, and views within. This particular location that we went to the Delta Bay Marina at this location they tend to have a good handful of festivities or activities that are family oriented. One visit here they had a flea market another visit as this one was like an arts and craft fair with different vendors and another time they had a tiny. This is also a spot that you can have Tiny residency, as well as RV/camper residency or even just booking your camping outing. They do have a laundry room on site as well as a little community store and a community center that they host events like crockpot night. They also have a community swimming pool that the residenceand campground visitors can use during the holidays. They're also located right across from a kayak rental location for those that water activities. read more

I have the conversation with marina team a few times over the phone. The business hours from 8.00 to 4.00 every day except Monday, Tuesday. Nobody answered the phone as usual. Finally I got somebody on the phone and they told me they always there during the business hours. I have the plan to rent sleep for my boat and recognize how to do it. Friday June 6th around 2.00 PM I was there. Driving 80 miles! Nobody there, everything locked. I try to call the main and emergency phone. Today Monday the 9th. nobody called me yet! Fishing as well, each campsite has their own passcode to the restroom and showers . You have the opportunity to meet new people or just keep to your self. First time visiting this campground. Second trip out with our new to us travel trailer. We will be back! Friendly staff, the RV campground has full hook ups and the spots are decently spaced. Most are tree covered which for the weekend we stayed with 100+ degree temps helped keep our trailer out of the direct sun. There is a pool that our kids loved for these hot days! Walked the loops and saw the tiny home community. This park is clean and well kept. Neighbors were respectful of noise too. Definitely family friendly! read more

I want to preface this review with the fact I'm not a visitor to this park, but rather I live here and have since June of 2019. I can't speak to the vacationer rates or ease of planning (although knowing the staff, I imagine it's very accommodating). Park Delta Bay is located on the San Joaquin River a few miles from where the Sacramento River meets it to spill into the San Francisco Bay. It would be an understatement to call this area "beautiful." It's truly the most peaceful and serene place I've lived. The park itself rests behind a levee which separates it from the river, and a quick 15 second walk gives access to fishing, boating, birdwatching or taking in the sunset (which is unlike anywhere I've been as well.) In the summer months, this place truly shines. A lush, old-growth tree canopy blankets the majority of the park and, in conjunction with the delta winds, truly keeps the temperature comfortable, even on the hottest summer days (although on the river itself, it can get toasty!) The park amenities are the best you'll find along the Delta. The park offers a clean pool in the summer months, a large recreation room with comfortable seating, television, a full kitchen, and an open (but modest) library, tennis courts, ice/propane/firewood for purchase, clean showers and bathrooms, and a general store for food/beer/souvenirs/nick-nacks at the adjoining marina. The park is always clean and well kept. I challenge anybody visiting to find a piece of trash or un-mowed spot anywhere in the park. The staff members are awesome. They bend over backward to accommodate or assist anytime people need anything. They're all polite and very friendly. If I were recommending a place to vacation or summer to friends and family, I wouldn't hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Park Delta Bay. I couldn't be happier with where I get to live. read more

I live at Park Delta Bay, which is associated with the Delta Bay Marina. As the fifth year of my tenancy here draws to a close, I wanted to take a minute to share my experiences here. As others have noted, the staff at Park Delta Bay goes out of the way to make our experience homey and pleasant. Everyone whom I have met that works here seems to genuinely care about those of us who live long-term here as well as the "campers", the vacationers who come and go. I live on the west side of the park in my tiny house, but the whole park is my community. As I read over the reviews left here, the good and the bad, I can't help but mention that any large operation will have good times and not as good times. What counts for me, and why I rate this place highly, is that the people who manage and run the facility care about the place. The Park used to be a KOA and is fairly old. Over the years that I've been here, the staff and ground crew have worked to improve the old infrastructure. I've seen staff, including management as well as the owner, out on a Sunday morning checking leaks in pipes laid long before any of them worked here, tirelessly working to fix problems that were lurking in the old structure. I've seen the staff standing outside watering flowers on their days off and loading packages in their personal vehicles to deliver them to residents whom they know can't carry heavy boxes. That makes the place a good place to live. Every large communal facility will have occasional problems, even big ones, but when the staff cares as much about us as this staff does, they go out of their way to try to fix any problem. The staff lives on site, too, so if you need someone or just need help, one of them will always lend a hand. It's a beautiful park and I feel fortunate that when I moved to California with my tiny house, I found this place. read more

I am going to give the most blunt honest review here since the reviews are all over the map on this place. I am a weekender... and do not live here but do store my RV there for $50 a month and we do camp overnight quite often but the overnite pricing at $65 a night is THEE most expensive on the Delta Loop... I've dome a alot of research. We also keep our boat there and the Marina is REALLY NICE, they marina bathrooms are always clean. SO I will review the park as someone who visits but doesn't live there. PROs: The staff here are awesome. Each and every one of them. I don't know who says the bathrooms are dirty because that's just not true... the bathrooms have been pristine every time we go. I think the grounds are kept up nicely - it's across the street from the Marina so you can fish off the main dock. The people who live here whom we have met all seem to love it here... it is actually a super cool community where they work together... super impressive. Also the owners have BBQs and wine tasting at least once a month! CONs: The pricing is all over the map - monthly rent is reasonable for the loop at $650 but short termed prices are again SUPER HIGH... $65 a night and $325 a week (we are planning a cross country trip and NO WHERE do we pay over $35 a night). The garbage bins are over stuffed and the lids are never closed which invites FLIES.. Some camper told the office we put in remodeling trash (which was NOT true even remotely)... so we were talked to. The pool has in fact been closed for about a month so far but I know they are working hard at reopening it... some have complained that there seem to be a bias against non tiny homes and families (but I haven't seen or experienced that). Also if I were to give advice I would say make sure you open the bathrooms and rec room on time. All in all I do really like this park but wish they would get their short term pricing in line AND fix the easier things (get the pool open, more trash bins with closing lids) but we have no problem taking our trash home and we have a boat so it doesn't stop us from coming. read more

Park Delta Bay is a sweet spot. Mature trees offering ample shade good sized spots that offer full hookups, refurbished pool for the hot days and a short walk across the levy road to the delta. Kayaks and paddle boards can be rented at the marina and they have covered berths if you've got a boat. Launch available nearby. A short distance from Pirates Lair with numerous waterfront restaurants to choose from. A quick drive from the East Bay takes you back in time a little bit. Look past the full timers and come give Park Delta Bay a try. Don't have an RV? They've got tiny homes for rent too. Check out their market every other Sunday in the summer. read more

We have been at PDB for 9 months at this point, and really love it. We have amazing neighbors and community, and a marina across the street for our boat! Rates are reasonable, and the staff does a good job keeping up on the lawns, etc. Come visit on one of the open house weekends or during Camp Tiny House where you can tour some of the 11 tiny houses here. It's an hour to East Bay or Sacramento, but feels like life is moving at half the speed of the city... read more

Things got a little sketchy a couple nights ago. There was a fire on the southern part of the island. With the crazy winds we were having it spread quicky. But with help from surrounding fire dept.s, they did a great job putting it out. I have lived here for 28 months. I love the delta, the park is beautiful and the staff is exemplary. In the time I have lived here, the power and water are shut off regularly. We are told to have patience as they update an old system- however the owners bought the marina across the road, add solar and host art shows but do not invest in the infrastructure. We are now experiencing water only a few hours a day and there is no schedule- it changes daily. After evicting half the park several months ago due to unsupported power needs, and having the county close the pool along with antiquated laundry facilities, I would not recommend staying here for even a night. read more

Hidden Gem! We rented one of the nice little cabins next to the tennis court. We hung out in the pool. We really had a lovely time in a beautiful spot full of birds. Clean and pleasant place. Great people work here. I strongly recommend. read more

We parked our tiny house on wheels at Park Delta Bay for a short but sweet visit. This is a beautifully green, tree-covered RV park with solid amenities. Quite affordable with great monthly discounts. Full-time RVers make up half the park, which includes park models. This is a tiny house friendly park, a too. I want to warn everybody about Delta Bay Resorts. I've been here for 10 months and it has been a nightmare. There's constant power outages due to the fact that the owner refuses to make electrical repairs. To resolve the situation he kicks out all 50 amp RVs and trailers out of the park. Handed out over 25 plus evictions he has made it very difficult for some people to even get their deposits back. As far as the amenities of the park he says there's a fishing dock that's never been opened. The pool has been closed over half the summer on the hottest days. The bathrooms are always filthy showers are never working. The bathrooms and the laundry rooms are never open on time and are often locked early. Two of the bathroom facilities are out of order one has a homeless man living in it The laundry room has been closed down many times due to leaks and problems with the water system. Washers and dryers are constantly breaking down owner refusing to replace the dryers and the washers . The laundry room is always filthy. There has been multiple thefts at Delta Bay. Everything's from boats boat motors fishing poles things out of the back of people's trucks. Also as far as the power bill goes. It is extremely high here the owner gets charged $0.16 a kilowatt by PG&E. The owner turns around and charges tenants $0.29 a kilowatt. Plus extremely high power bills when you asked you will not explain why. He just tells you that's what you used that's what you owe. The garbage situation. Dumpster constantly being filled because it's too small for the park. They won't allow you to throw your garbage away. That is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I want anybody who comes to stay at this park to walk around before you make a decision take a good look at how this place is ran. The hottest days of summer we sat here with no power multiple multiple times. This is the most expensive place to stay on the loop. read more

Upon pulling in we were told we may pick any site we want. The employee was very polite. We picked a pull through site right in the very front. It was so level that we could have kept the fifth wheel hooked to the truck. It was off season so the pool and arcade were closed but they said they'd open the arcade for us. They had a small dog park with small agility obstacles. Right across the road was a marina where we enjoyed walking on the dock and taking in the views. Good restaurants are within walking distance and a small store is on the dock. Employees were helpful and friendly suggesting fun activities to do in the area. 50 amp hookups had no problems and we had great water pressure. It's also advertised as a tiny house community and we saw three or four cute tiny houses and several cabins. It is a very cool place right on the water and below sea level. Beautiful views and great bird watching and only a short distance to town. read more

Park Delta Bay is a beautiful RV park with the most spectacular mature trees. They offer shade to all spaces. The grounds are clean and well maintained and the public restrooms are the best on the Island. The dog park is also well maintained and my dog loves it here. We have been here for 3 months now and it just gets better every morning when I wake to the sun rising across the corn fields. The Marina is right across the street with a fishing dock and a small store. Next door is a restaurant and small market. Last but not least. The REC ROOM, there is TV, pool, ping pong, and some video games. There is crafts and outdoor movies on the weekends. I am a very happy camper here! read more

My parents stayed here and kept there boat in the marina. I went to visit them and take a ride on the boat. When we got to the boat that he had there over night, we noticed one side of the boat was bashed in. After looking it over it was concluded there was no way it was a nature occurrence. We found blood on the rail. This was a deliberate act and we seem to be the only person this happen to. Being that this was an area only available to people who have a key it was very disturbing. My father brought it up to the employee and they showed no care of concern that even the fact that there area might be a victim of vandalism or hate acts. This left me very upset for my father and family. The rv park grounds are not well maintained (dry grass and dingy, vacant and cob web infested mobile homes near by) At night the tenants were really noisy by us too and the game room had a ping pong table with no balls available even to buy. Never the less the delta water is great to get out and spend the day. I recommend coming to enjoy the water and spending time with family and friends. read more

This is a nice quiet park. Lots of shade and very close to the water. Great fishing dock walking distance from your camping spot. The game room needs some updating as well as the pool. A small store on the marina has your basic needs. The people in the park are very friendly. The levee road leading into the park is very narrow and bumpy. We have a 40 ft motorhome and had no problems getting into the park, just take it slow. We will visit this park again. read more

It's been NEARLY 20 years (on and off mostly on)..That I have been at the Delta Bay Marina...I have TOTALLY ENJOYED every moment being there..I have been around boats and marinas for over "50 Years"...All the people there are Wonderful and so friendly...The Harbor master is JUDY..SHE IS GREAT !!!!!!...She really cares about the boaters and there boats..She ALWAYS checking on your boats , lines etc..The marina is not run like the ARMY..But an enjoyable place to be..It has been a PLEASURE keeping my boat there..The BEST PLACE FOR SUNSETS and GREAT HELPFUL PEOPLE...KEEP-UP THE GREAT JOB....Bily read more

This is a nice park but it's down fall is management sucks! Campers tattle on what other campers are doing just to earn brownie points with management. People snoop around your trailer at all hours of the night. Management told my daughter to put on a bicycle helmet when riding her bike, ( she complied nicely) while a dozen other kids didn't have any helmets on. ( since we lived there) we were told if we had a problem report it to management and it will be handled fairly. Yeah, right! They discriminate against my self and husband because we look young and have tattoos. We are just trying to live a peaceful quiet life. We thought we found it here. But certainly not! Our neighbors were up all night on drugs and repeatedly made threats to my husband and tried to bully me and tell me where to park my car even thought it was parked in the designated parking spot. These neighbors proceed to threaten me and my husband. The wife threatened to kick my ass. I am disabled and on crutches. My husband and I told management like we were instructed to and we ended up getting kicked out as well as the neighbors. I understand the neighbors getting kicked out but have no clue or explanation why we got drug down with the neighbor trash issues. Now we had to up root our daughter from school all because of poor management and druggie problem from some neighbors . On top of that, a package arrived for my husband the day we left. We were not told at all. My husband went back four days later and asked for it. Saying he had his e-mail conformation that is was delivered there. They could not dispute that and eventually gave him his package that was opened not in the box at all ( no box to be found anywhere) and items missing from the package. I thought this was a nice place at first but not so much. Judgmental, discrimination, lies, and thieves!!!! I will never ever go back or tell anyone I know to go there! Horrible read more

Myself and family of about 20 stayed here for three days. During our stay it at first was pleasant until the second day when the water wasn't working. We were not given any warnings or notfication on how long the issue would persist. We notified the staff who notified a guy who claimed to be the owner. He was an Asian guy and was very rude to say the least and for our troubles his two options were he would refund us our full amount and never return again. Or take in store coupon and be happy with that. We never gave them any problems and were quiet during quiet hours from 10pm until 9am. If you want a quiet, relaxing place to enjoy your weekend, this is it! If you want to party, this is more a family atmosphere! Kim the park manager is absolutely the best! While she runs a tight ship, her campground is clean and quiet and she is an amazing camp host! This is the nicest camp grounds we've been to, the only one we will go to. The new owner Eric is really making the place so green and beautiful again. This place is great! Every time we come back it's like coming home to family. The art and wine festival this last weekend was really nice. The wine was great and the staff was so accommodating. We loves the the trees and the RV spaces are very spacious. We love this place and we highly recommend coming here and finding out for yourselves. You will not find us camping anywhere else. read more

This is a very nice park for camping and boating, and a great place to get away from the city to enjoy the beauty of the delta.
