At that tome it was typical delta and nothing terrible. This time the property has been cleaned up and the staff member assisting us was so kind. Low tide, calm waters, air quality wasn't bad, and it was just a perfect experience. They've added a ramp for getting in and out of the kayaks which was so helpful to easily make the transition from dock to kayak and back. When we returned the staff member greater us and assisted me out. Then my MIL had a flair up of back pain and was unable to get out of the kayak. He helped us and was absolutely patient and so kind during this. He did not rush us off the dock to serve the next customers. This experience alone gives this business 5 stars.. everything else was a bonus. Thank you BBM! I will certainly be back!! (And so will my MIL once she's healed again).

Warning if you plan on living on your boat…read moreat brentwood marina and have cats, don't let your cat out of your boat because the owners let their dogs kill cats. I'm not sure if they still drown cats that they catch in traps, I know they use to. One of my cats disappeared I can only pray that their dogs didn't get a hold of it. Not only is that animal cruelty it is illegal! They say it is a family atmosphere yet one of the owners sons is not allowed there. The marina is on private property, that is the loop hole they use to make up their own rules as they go along. Be careful they are very nice "at first". You will probably be okay if you don't bring guests. (What is the purpose of having your boat at a marina if the owners are going to pick and choose if and when you can have guests?). That is my opinion from my own experiences while living at the marina. The problems started when I called the sheriff because I had a guest come from Tahoe and She needed to use the restroom. She was stopped by one of the owners and was told the bathrooms are for paying tenants and they made her leave. A couple days later they gave me a 30 day notice to vacate and told several of the other tenants that they need to make sure there boats are registered (which mine has always been registered) because the sheriffs are going to be coming and they can thank Dana for that. When other tenants were seen coming to my boat Pete would tell them they better pick sides. Pete said he is getting rid of the Bleeders. (People that stand up for themselves?) I felt like I was dealing with third graders! Unreal...

Bethel Harbor is beautiful and super chill for boat launch. Plenty of parking for cars as well…read more There's even a boat elevator to lower your boat into the water. My family and I had a great time going fishing here. Would highly recommend a visit to Bethel Harbor for some boating on the Delta, fishing and water sports.

After several days of no response, I decided to go down to the office in person. To my surprise, I arrived during what should have been open office hours and saw the manager leaving with a man who seemed to also work at this Marina. They were gone for hours, and the office remained closed the entire time. I was told by a nice gentleman at the Marina that this is a normal occurrence for the two of them. This isn't just about poor communication--it's about accountability and professionalism. If you're managing a marina, customers and boat owners need to be able to rely on you being present, responsive, and focused on the job. Sadly, that hasn't been my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this level of service is unacceptable, especially when people are entrusting you with their boats and time.

Not even sure how I ended up here, new to rv living..but i did. And im so greatful here was my chosen place. Clean, beautiful. Helpful staff, security isn't listed but in 5 months ..no one even looked at my stuff. Bathrooms , spotless, harbor master and family, so nice. Managment ..Meryl is a doll. Sugar barg3 was nice. But piperpoint is quieter, greener, more peaceful and cheaper. You can walk to Rusty Porthole..no wifi..yet..but accross at rusty porthole you can get on theirs.

Russo's Marina has a lot to offer in addition to boat storage they offer: Campsites, a convenience…read morestore, day-use picnic areas, fishing tackle sales, fuel sales, shore boat service, launching services, restrooms, and showers. You might find some of these services at other marinas in the Delta but none of these compare to Russo's. They are located in a beautiful peaceful spot on the river. If you fish, they host numerous fishing tournaments during the year. They sponsor youth programs. They are an important part of the community. For these reasons Russo's unquestionably deserves 5 stars. I do wish I could give them more. Chuck Russo and the wonderful people who work for him are amazing. I inherited a boat. I needed to sell them, I don't fish and I get seasick even on calm water. He helped me so much I could not have done it without him. If you have a boat, want to do some fishing, or even just want a day in the country you should come to Russo's

I hadn't read Sal's review so the boat launch was an issue, but not much since Mariner's "sister" marina, Beacon launch was free to us. We worked out a float plan so to speak that worked for us. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The water has a bit of a sulfur? smell... didn't affect the coffee flavor really. If you've had well water from areas like this or right on rivers, etc... it seems common enough. The fridge for some reason started to defrost on us. There were small bass and bluegill near the cabin. The folks at the other cabin cast out and caught some stripers. I think because of the launch proximity and also to Frank's tract area, we'll try the Beacon floating cabins next time.
