My husband hired Hard Hat to lay some tile in our master bathroom shower. We dealt directly with…read moreHolli. After being told multiple times that "one of her guys" would "squeeze us in" to do the job and no one showing up, I called Holli to get us a firm date on the schedule. Holli did show up on the date we requested and sealed the shower floor and walls. She also showed up a few days later once we were available to finish the tile work; however, she only laid 2 tiles and her tile saw broke. Also, one of the tiles she laid has to be taken down as it wasn't even with the others. So then we were back on the "one of my guys will squeeze you in" game. After multiple attempts to get squeezed in, Holli finally had someone to come out to do the job. He showed up hours later than he said he was and left at 4 pm and said he would be gone for an hour. 3 and 1/2 hours later...at 7:30 pm, he showed back up. When he left about an hour later, our whole bedroom smelled of marijuana. We had to let it air out for an hour. Needless to say, we called to cancel everything the next day. Won't be doing business again, and am sorely frustrated and disappointed that we even tried to do business with Hard Hat this time. Terrible experience all around.
