This has been such a struggled and waste of time that I can't imagine how bad they would screw up paying for much more involved procedures. It's like a siren all the time. Restorative sleep is needed after surgery. You won't get it here. Wonderful staff and they all know about the problem. Everyone complains and can't sleep. I really love my local hospital!…read more Whenever I come here the check-in process is always so easy and seamless...even pre-Covid. When I first walked in they had a desk and team that took my temp and asked a few health questions. I was good to go so they gave me a wristband so I could proceed to my appointment for proper check-in. Once I got there, they had a lovely volunteer who personally logged my info into their computer for personal and public safety. Got lucky, they weren't too busy so I got in and out of my appointment within about 45 minutes. Overall, it's comforting to know that you have an award-winning Hospital in town.

The facility is clean and the staff are all very friendly. Highly professional and caring- they immediately checked my blood oxygen levels upon entry due to my complaint and my red face. I was taken care of promptly and everything was explained thoroughly. I ended up needing some treatment for a severe allergy flare up and the provider explained the options rather than just choosing treatment for me. I ended up getting a shot and it was oddly the best shot of my life. She took a really long time putting the medicine into my muscle and I literally didn't feel a thing. It was nice having them take the time and care and I didn't feel like anyone was in a rush. Glad I stopped by and feeling better already.
