She looked at me like I had asked a difficult question. She did not even know what I was asking for and had to ask the OLDER associate working with her. She yelled gluten free? I said no lactose free. She said, "No this is a dairy". Then as I walked away she was talking about gluten free. She was very rude and not concerned about customer service. Will I go back, maybe not. I am a mature woman with a lactose intolerance. I asked a simple yes/no question, I do not need to be treated like badly.

Of course they get locked from both sides, but it's nice if you travel in larger groups and you want to be able to use the rooms as interconnected spaces. The rooms are and tidy and well-equipped; towels, shampoo, soap, body lotion are available. It's also a quiet place and suitable if you're looking for a place to stay longer. They also provide breakfast buffet with warm and cold options and you can take some to go.

I'm often not a huge fan of chain hotels (they're so uniform and there's not a lot of character), but this place ended up being really great. With our CAA discount, we had a choice of either a regular guest room for $90-something dollars (why don't I write these reviews immediately after I get home?), or a suite (with a King-sized bed and living area separate from the bedroom) for $109. For that little of a price difference we decided to treat ourselves and go for the suite, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The room was awesome, LARGE, with quite a spacious living area, and a decent sized bedroom as well. The staff member who checked us in was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel itself, just like our room, was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was the service and cost that pushed this place over the top for us, and I have to say that we really enjoyed our stay here.
