I can't say enough good things about Delta lock and key. Best customer service, and best value. I will never go to anyone else again. Paul came to our home and went above and beyond when other places wanted to charge an arm and a leg for keys to be made for our Toyota Sequoia. Not only were keys needing to be made because we lost our only key but then we soon realized it was a more labor intensive job when we were told it was a chipped key and due to the year of the Sequoia it made it that much harder. Parts of the Sequoia had to be taken apart to get to the brain of the car but Paul didn't back down. He kept to his quoted price and got us two keys made and back on the road. My experience with Delta was exceptional from start to finish! My purse was stolen over the weekend and both of my key fobs for my car were in it. I live outside of Yamhill and Paul came first thing in the morning all the way from Salem. The dealership expected me to have my car towed to them and the total cost was going to be unbelievable. I had to call around for help after locking myself out of my house in Keizer, OR. I called J and L locksmith and was quoted $19+ for coming to my address , an additional $19+ because it was the weekend (like I had a choice) and then a quote ranging $75 - 100+ which would be determined by the person unlocking my door). I am on a fixed budget so, i continued my search. I called Delta Locksmith and spoke with Paul who was very kind and even quoted me a discount over the phone. Paul was amazing. He did what was needed to be done to get my 2005 PT Cruiser keys reset and and locks secure. Paul came the same day I called & within hours! Incredibly friendly and nice. He worked diligently until my front door lock was like new! I live in an older home and the lock & handle started becoming unopenable, making it very hard to enter my house. Instead of replacing it with new lock that wouldn't fit the same holes in my vintage door, he took it apart and fixed it like new! I would recommend him to anyone!
