Ashton place accepted her as a qualified patient. They did not check to see if she was even able to meet their exercise schedule in her current condition. They did not check to see how much of the food she was provided was actually consumed. We have repeatedly asked for copies of her records which go ignored. On the advice of our attorney I have told them several times that they get no money until they release her records to our family. So then they quit sending bills for two years until last week when they again attempted to collect on the debt of $3,720.00. We have no problem paying what they are entitled to if they provided proper care for my mother. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING IN HER FILES?

There are times when you walk by a room that odor is horrific and they only allow the residents to shower twice a week, some require showers or bathes more. Some policies defiantly need updated Some if the meals they provide I wouldn't feed to a dog but they expect people to eat it, they are mad if they think that
