This is a somewhat cramped Sky Club, with an awkward layout to boot. The bathrooms are right near the entrance, so every time you go it's like playing roulette on whether you look like you're trying to sneak in versus reenter. The bar is tucked away around the corner from the main area, and seating here is hidden across a few different overlapping rectangles. I wish I could have been a fly on the wall when this layout was decided. Everything else was pretty standard, but the food was pretty polarized. A few dishes were solid (barbacoa chicken), while some tasted like middle school lunch (skip the cake with Hershey chocolate syrup drizzled on top). Views onto the tarmac were fine, there's some natural light. But again, nothing particularly noteworthy. Definitely not a standout Sky Club in my experience. read more

Even though the Delta Sky Club limits entry to qualified passengers only three hours before flight departure, the limited lounge is very crowded and cramped. The buffet offerings are very limited; only a chocolate chip cookie as their dessert option. Not a restful experience. read more

We initially went to the Amex centurion lounge and it was so crowded, no place to sit so decided to check out the delta lounge. Food selection is great, lots of vegetarian options. I'm that girl. New York is most of my personality these days. And Laguardia has the best and the biggest and the brightest Sky Club in the country. So I'm biased. BUT. It's still a decent Sky Club. Had the regular buffet offerings. Not quite as many seating areas as I'm used to, but there are a few places business travelers can try to hide away. Bathrooms are smaller, but clean and private. You could either look out onto the tarmac or sit in the back with less distraction. Multiple televisions, as in most lounges. The bar tender was super nice and accommodating. He kept his drink glasses in the cooler, so they were nice and frosty. He gave me multiple choices as to how I would like my gin and tonic (single, double, short, tall, shelf, premium). He was pleasant and conversed as he worked. The other staff were kind as well. The manager was professional and helpful and had some fun, joking encounters with all of us. This airport and lounge has something going with coca-cola so that their drink machine is a little different, but it was fun (see my photo). Overall decent lounge. I'm just that girl. read more

Super friendly staff! Nice music. Clean. They keep it warm in here even when it's hot and 98% humidity outside, so for those of us who run hot, be inappropriate and wear a tank top. For morning flights times, it would be nice if there weren't overhead glaring LED spotlights illuminating people trying to rest and relax a bit more. They don't have many tvs but with everyone on their phones they may have cut back on screens. read more

It's been awhile since I had time to spend in a Sky Club lounge when traveling, but this one at DFW was spectacular. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. If I hadn't just eaten a big lunch I could have had a full meal before my flight! I had a chardonnay from the bar and perused the buffet. There were cheeses, fruits, meats, crackers, olives, tamponade, guacamole, hummus, artichoke hearts, sandwiches, salads. I picked up a few nibbles and peeked regretfully at the wide variety of hot foods, wishing I were hungry! There is a close lounge by our gate here in terminal E. Arrived after 10am. Breakfast is out. More oatmeal for my hubby. The scrambled eggs aren't cooked through and is quite runny. I had a wonderful experience here during a layover at DFW. I will say it is so much more peaceful compared to the Centurion lounge. I would highly recommend this place when you want a quieter lounge at DFW. If they have the yogurt parfait, you have to get it. It is topped off with honey and tastes more like dessert as opposed to Greek yogurt. Don't get me wrong though - you can't go wrong with the bustling Centurion lounge. You get a great opportunity to network with other people there. If you are flying Delta, I would check this spot out 100%. AJ is the best bartender too. Comfortable seating to relax before the flight. There was a few tvs and tables for workspace. Lots of charging ports for your electronics. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No surprise but the bathrooms were cleaner and fancier than the regular airport bathrooms. I normally would have skipped because I think the price is high. We had a late afternoon flight from Dallas to LAX on Monday and got to the airport early, so cheekily wanted to test out how strongly they enforced their 2 hour before departure policy. Earlier this year, to try to help overcrowding in their popular lounges, Delta started a new policy where one can enter the Sky Club only 2 hours before departure, and not be able to use the lounge at all in the final destination airport. Note this 2 hour policy does not apply for layovers, and there are exceptions if you are on standby for an earlier flight. Well...they enforced it (with a smile), so we had to come back at a later time. Once we got in, we can confirm it is a smaller lounge, but it makes sense since Dallas is not a Delta hub. But the other side was that there were no folks on connecting flights, so the lounge wasn't too crowded and we were able to find two seats together. We've found that the soup at the lounges are usually pretty good, and the tomato bisque was no exception. They had teriyaki chicken with lo mein, and both were VERY salty. Along with fresh salad vegetables, it made more than an acceptable midday snack. They have one bar, and the local beer was an IPA, so I went with the standard Michelob ultra. Delta usually offers 4 draft beers: Michelob Ultra and a local beer is complementary, with the other two costing extra. As expected, the lounge is very close to the delta gates in Terminal E, so you can stay there pretty close to boarding time. DFW being such a big airport, there is a lot of gate seating, so it was actually less crowded out in the public gate areas then inside this smaller lounge. But then you wouldn't be able to sip your complementary wine/beer, so there's that. The workers do a good job of clearing used plates, etc., even before you leave, so you don't have to wonder if a cluttered empty table is being held by someone (though I would argue if you don't see luggage/handback close by, it's probably empty). All in all, a good experience. read more

I love stopping at the Delta sky club in Dallas. The staff here treats the club like a spa or a neighborhood bar. They actually care to get to know you, and make sure you're comfortable. The bartender, Janice, is welcoming, I love the host/delta ambassador/concierge -Caleb--so friendly. He even asked me for suggestions on how it could be better for me!! the new host, jay, couldn't be more accommodating. Feels really homey. Makes long layer-overs, or any trip much more enjoyable. The food is pretty good too! I love all the options for soda, tea, coffee, etc. they even have "oat milk " for the Vegans. The club os only missing beds to nap on. But then--i'd likely miss my flight! But in case you do fall asleep or maybe Melissa made her drinks too well-- they are on top of your boarding time. So you will make it. Go Delta Sky !!! read more

Delta doesn't have a huge presence at DFW so this is a modest size club compared to Atlanta or Minneapolis/St Paul. It is nice and quiet. I was there for a morning flight and had breakfast at the buffet. It was good. The Club itself was comfortable and quiet. It was certainly better than sitting at the gate. read more

I only have been inside a Delta Sky Club on a handful of occasions. I do not have a membership, so the times I do go is when I accompany someone who does and i get to pay a $30 fee to get in. Being inside a Delta Sky Club, though is special. They are amazing. Large spacious chairs or workstations are available to plug in and allow you to work in comfort. It is completely unlike the terminals. They serve delicious food. I had sandwiches and chili while here which were flavorful. If you want to spend a little extra cash, you can even get a drink. I just love when I can fly like the other half does. Hopefully one day, it is something I can do regularly. read more

This is a small Delta Sky Club but I really did like it. I had an early 6AM flight (which eventually got delayed) but I was able to relax and kick back before my flight which was great. They open at 4:45am which is really nice, but the downside was that due to state regulations, they only allow alcohol after 7AM. I was still able to get some good breakfast (omelette, pork sausage links, cereal & orange juice) and still relax right before my flight. The sky club itself isn't huge but it had everything you need, and I think they had more food options than the ATL club, which was a huge perk. DFW Airport itself is nice, and I got a chance to really have a good experience before getting on my flight back home. It's without a doubt, but I will be back! read more

The buffet selection was pretty limited compared to the other sky lounges but the food was still good. The bar area was the tiniest of the tiny but they kept my drinks coming nicely so it's all good. Located at E11, which is waaaay down at the end of the arrivals line (just FYI) - One of the more "spread out" Sky Clubs in the system, meaning you can actually walk around and not feel like you're trapped in a maze with 1000 other people. The attendant working the front was exceptionally good on the busy day I came through, which is always nice when you're trying to make flight adjustments. read more

I was excited to try this new lounge since I don't get to visit DFW that often...but today I was disheartened to see a Delta lounge in this amount of disarray. Nearly every seating area had dirty dishes and glasses. Not a soul in sight to clean the areas or take away food plates. I sat for nearly an hour and never saw one person cleaning up the lounge. Worst part about this is...it's not even busy. Lounge is maybe at 25% capacity. The food hasn't been replenished at the buffet either. I've never, in all of my travels, ever seen a Delta lounge look like this. Delta what is going on? Why such poor service??? Seating: plenty Food: dismal Customer service: bar tender was EXCELLENT (1030 bar time and he was awesome) Cleanliness: one star...abysmal and the poor bartender had to do ALL the work to keep the place clean...I truly feel bad for him that management isn't supporting the bartender with the correct amount of staff to keep this lounge clean. They have been increasingly bringing back self serve food options (as opposed to mostly packaged to go options). The staff here are generally attentive and friendly. There is a variety of food options to suit most people and the bar area is also well stocked. Restrooms are well maintained and not cramped with full privacy stalls available. The Delta sky club in DFW is a pretty nice one. The food selection at other sky clubs is a bit better, but overall this one meets the needs of the frequent traveler. The eggs were a bit runny, but this sky club mixed spinach and roasted tomatoes into theirs. The best part of this club is the bar tender. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things sports and if you need a few minutes to interact with someone he is your guy. He also makes some of the best bloody mary's that I have had in a sky club. The attention to detail with the drink making is what sets this club apart from the others. As with other Delta Clubs, this one has some good light snacks and free beverages for nibbling here in the Club while waiting to board your flight. And because this is not just an "arrival" club, you can stop here after your flight to catch your breath and gather your wits before starting out to the Dallas and Fort Worth area. High tops, bar stools, low chairs and work carrels abound, all with power outlets. And of course, free wifi. It's quiet, it's peaceful and it's very good. read more

On the smaller side for Delta lounges. I often travel with Delta wherever I am going. Best thing I've ever done was sign up for the lounge access. For the amount that I travel, it is beyond worth it. Complimentary drinks, food, clean bathrooms and wonderful service will greet you on your break from travel. Delta continues to excel and delivery even in uncertain times. I was ver disappointed that this sky club is supposed to open at 5:00 AM and it's 5:33 AM and they still haven't opened their doors. If there was some issue that prevented them from opening it would have been nice if a sign had been posted stating they would not be opening on time. That being said, its size compared to the number of users isn't on the positive side. It can get extremely packed, especially during the typical business days (late Sunday, Monday morning, Thursday, and Friday). Tips/Notes: + Free Wifi- Delta uses a system wide password that changes every few months. + Free Drinks - They have a full bar, though if you want the top shelf stuff, you're going to have to pay like other Delta clues. + Location - The club is located at E10. You will need to factor in ~10 minutes depending upon walking speed if you are boarding in E17+ +Food - It's standard Delta food, though if your used to LGA, JFK, LAX, MSP, the larger ATL , or other larger skyclubs, it's pretty much the standard options. No additional items are added to the menu. - Noise- it can get loud, especially depending upon the number of individuals taking call or attending a meeting While this waiting in the club is better than waiting in the terminal, if you have an Amex Platinum/Centurion Card or even a Priority Pass and additional time, I would head over to the International terminal and go lounge hopping. read more

They are all unbelievably friendly and go out of their way to make a hectic day enjoyable. Delta Sky Lounge is just the worst airport lounge. I'm a Delta Silver Medallion member and an Amex platinum cardholder, but they won't let you into the lounge unless you fly Delta. No other airport lounge is like this. I've been to Alaska Airlines, Korean Air, Virgin Air, etc. No one else confines you to their own airline ticket that day except Delta. And if you wanted to take the two free guests that all the other lounges allow to their Priority Pass and Amex Platinum members, forget it. Delta doesn't let you do that either.
