Awful customer service experience. Many flights delayed and cancelled at Dallas international on Mother's Day and while trying to sort out booking for the next flight out was told that they cannot let me in. The lounge was not full, it was the late evening around 10 pm and I explained that I just wanted to sit down and relax after a long day of delayed traveling. I have priority pass and my same day boarding pass. I was told that they couldn't do anything because it was Cancelled flight and I couldn't go in. Very first world problem but if you just don't want to make an exception just say so don't act like it's completely out of your control and you can atleast fake being compassionate instead of showing an attitude.

The lounge is so small for being in such a huge airport. We had to wait around 10 minutes to get in, the host wasn't that friendly. The seating area is very 'social' as it was crammed up. They offer beer on tap but you can only get Coors Lite and there are a few mixed drinks to chose from. The food choices were okay but tasty.

As many of the other reviews have mentioned, this is the smallest Plaza Premium Lounge I've been to. Washrooms are not located in the lounge and they gave us a 2 hour limit to stay only. The food itself for breakfast is edible. Boiled eggs, steamed eggs with salsa, croissant and yogurts were fine. The potato frittata and sausages were gross and cold. Maybe if the frittata was warm it would taste better. Not all liquor is included, only tap beer (Coors), wine and well drinks are included. The premium drinks and drip coffee cost extra. Staff are friendly though and no issues at all.

It's a bit of a wait to get in because it's quite small but to be honest, it's e best of the 2 Priority Pass access lounges in DFW, iykyk. They have limited food options but everything is really tasty and the staff are so nice! You also get to choose from a list of drinks for the bartender to make or pour and I chose a margarita on the rocks which was tall and potent! In terms of size and options, I can see how it might not work for some but they do really good with the little they have so if I'm in DFW, this is definitely where I would go if I only have Priority Pass and need food and drinks.

Located in terminal E- pretty small space but seems to move fairly quickly while I was there. Staff very friendly. Hot food options were limited but pretty good. Was not buffet style, instead someone plates it for you, which I actually prefer for the small space as it keeps it clean and organized.

We had to wait a bit for a table of two. There are five lounge chairs, 12 small tables, 3 four-tops, and two bars to sit at, all very tightly crammed into a small space. Then you walk up and order from a small selection of entrees, salads, and soups. Portions are very small. The salad was OK, the soup was great, but the rest of it was mediocre. There's a jar of chocolate chip cookies, a coffee urn, and three typical American beers. Any premium food or beverage is an extra cost. The busboy was efficient. Few of the people are actually eating. Most of them are staring at their devices, thus the waiting line.

It's a bummer there is such a scarcity of lounge in dfw. The line was extremely long and the inside of this lounge is small. It is appreciated they assure there is seating for each person admitted. The options food are quite limited and what was offered when I was there not very appealing or tasty. They are quick to clear off plates but no one offers water or beverages. After waiting in line for so long we had only a few minutes to be inside anyway. Overall, I'd definitely skip this lounge next time I'm in this terminal and just bring my own food or buy food in the terminal. Not recommended.

Very small lounge. Very crammed. Cafeteria style where you go to the workers and tell them what you want. No bathrooms. Workers were very attentive though. Food wasn't very special. It gets the job done. Overall, the name of the place is deceptive. I wouldn't run around calling this place "premium".

A small spot with limited food options and a selection of drinks. The staff is friendly and attentive. Conveniently located near Gate E31. Overall rating: 3.5

    tomato soup

Had to wait a good 15-20 min in line before my dad, bro and I could get into this lounge. The line had about 10 ppl waiting to get in before us The lounge itself is not that big and can fit maybe 20-30 ppl at capacity (and they are ALWAYS at capacity). Once we sat down, we noticed that the line still had roughly 10+ ppl waiting in line again. From an optics standpoint, I don't think the perception of this lounge is that great because the lounge itself doesn't look premium by any means. Passengers standing outside are literally blocking half the walkway to the other gates. Food was ok though. The tomato soup, dare I say, was actually REALLY good LOL. It was super creamy and the tomato flavour was strong. I also asked the bar worker for some chicken from behind the steam table. The chicken was listed as "grilled" but it definitely looked like it had been stewing in a broth of some sort. It didn't look appetizing at all tbh (looked like it had been chewed on) but it was moist at least. The mini brownie bites looked like they were a day old but I tried one and it was chewy and moist so that was playing tricks on my mind too. The bar seating was pretty much full but I looked around and it didn't look like many ppl were drinking. Water, tea and coffee provided at the counter. I filled up a thermos of hot water before we left. Definitely not a "premium" feeling lounge by any measure but the soup 100% was!

There's nothing particularly premium about this lounge in Terminal E aside from being smaller and less crowded. The space itself is nice, and I arrived around 10:30 a.m. The breakfast looked appealing at first, but when I finally got my plate, the food was cold and a bit hard, as if it had been sitting out for a while. Also worth noting, there's an extra charge for premium liquor. Overall, the food experience was questionable, though the staff were friendly. With a little more attention to the temperature and freshness of the food, this lounge could offer a much better experience.

I can only assume many of those visits were later in the day when the airport is significantly busier, because my experience was the complete opposite. I had a little under an hour in the lounge with a flight arriving at 7:25am and departing at 8:50am. There was no line to check in and we were granted immediate access. Located in Terminal D across from Gate D12, guests must present their AMEX card and boarding pass for entry. The cardholder receives complimentary access, while additional adult guests are $50 and children are $30 each. If you spend more than $75K annually on your AMEX card, you receive two complimentary guest passes. Personally, I do not think paid guest access is worth it for a short layover, but I can definitely see the value during a longer one. The lounge itself is quite large, though maybe not large enough for a busy airport like Dallas considering the number of reviews mentioning wait times. During my visit, however, while there were plenty of people, there were still a few spare seating options available. Their lounge had a good variety of booths, dining tables, lounge chairs, workspaces, and even small private office areas for calls or meetings. The entire space felt clean and organized. The food was continuously replenished and stayed fresh throughout my visit, though nothing was particularly spectacular. It reminded me a lot of the complimentary breakfast at a Hyatt or Hilton. Still, it was absolutely appreciated after an early flight on an empty stomach. I did enjoy that they offered healthier options including fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices, and wellness shots. I also noticed staff regularly cleaning tables between guests, and the bar area seemed popular with travelers enjoying complimentary morning cocktails. The bathrooms were clean, modern, and had full privacy doors with no awkward gaps, which is an upgrade from the typical airport bathrooms. Overall, I had a good experience and would absolutely return during future travels through DFW.

There was also a worker carrying a cart of complimentary champagne and of course we took advantage of that too. Other amenities included a fitness room, relaxation room, showers, and luggage lockers. Long layovers are only fun if you're lounge hopping or shopping around and walking around the airport. It's all fun and games until all you want to do is take a nice nap when it's well past the hours of the night and your flight is not until the next morning. It's too short of a layover to book a hotel room but also too long to be not curled up in a blanket in a private space to catch some zz's. Thanks to Priority Pass, we decided to give these guys a try and we're so happy we did. Me and my husband each had 1 hour for free so we were able to book 2 free hours of nap time! We split it up pretty evenly where we got our first couple of hours walking around the airport and moving our legs/working in our computers. And then, when it was about 2am, we went to our Minute Suite and spent 2 wonderful hours napping in quiet. What I loved about the experience is you get pillows and blankets and can really enjoy a dark, private and quiet space even with dimmable lights and white noise if you need. If you prefer to work or watch TV that's also available. Overall pretty awesome experience, the only thing is I think they were doing some work at the airport and you could hear everything so maybe having some kind of a sound proof would be awesome. The couch had a bit of a wear and tear but it's fine we just covered it up with extra blankets. All in all, amazing experience! If they provided sanitizing wipes to make you feel like it's super clean after the last guest this would be even better. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend and from now on, I'll be sure to book these especially during long overnight layovers.

Located in Terminal E, it occupies a rather small footprint at gate E6. The entrance is easy- simply scan your boarding pass. This time around we were flying Air Canada which is a Star Alliance Partner. The morning we arrived, the lounge was maybe 40% full, but got progressively more crowded as the morning rolled on. The lounge area itself has lots of different seating configurations. Tables, cushy work stations or high seats that you can use as standing workspaces, are all available. Every seat has access to power outlets and USB ports for easy charging. They also have United Club WiFi that's easy to connect to- not fussy with passwords and such. The food assortment was great for such a small lounge. I took advantage of all the fresh fruits (which was excellent quality) and helped myself to the oatmeal bar where I added lots of fresh fruits and nuts. I also had a hashbrown which was awful (the frozen and reheated kind), but was salvaged by its accompanying salsa, which was good. My used plate and bowl was picked up quickly after I was done, so I would say the service is prompt and attentive. Bathrooms were clean. They have Men's and Women's restrooms as well as an accessible gender neutral restroom. Seeing as most of the patrons in this lounge seemed to be business travelers. It was rather calm and peaceful for the amount of people in there. No loud or screaming children which is always a plus when you'd looking for a respite from the hectic airport. As I walked in to the lounge I was greeted by two ladies with genuine big smiles. I scanned my boarding pass and mentioned, "I am SilverKris Gold member." We need to put it in manually in our system to check you in complimentary." After they checked me in, I went inside the lounge to find a comfortable seat and get breakfast. For 06:00, it was extremely busy and hardly any seats available. Compared to other United Lounges I've visited, this one is comparatively small. After finding my seat, I headed for the breakfast bar. The selection was ok, not great. They offer two trays of hot items, potatoes, bacon and egg bites. A selection of breads, condiments and fruits. A multi functional coffee machines. They had a separate spot for additional fruit area and the tangerines were really old and should have been thrown out. The plates, utensils, coffee mugs and tables were all dirty. Sure, they cleaned it periodically. But, despite all the staff being friendly, It didn't feel comfortable staying at a lounge for $59/person. The staff could have done better job at keeping the lounge clean. At one point, I ordered club soda from the bar and the lady poured it in a glass. When I went to sit back at my chair and take a sip, the glass had a big coffee stain. I've traveled through this lounge several times prior and I had a much better experience with both it being busy and not so busy. I'm not sure what happened this time with the cleaning crew. Overall, it was a good experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Despite being busy or not, facilities should have more staff to keep it clean. This is a privilege lounge to those paying $59 per visit, per person. It goes without saying that facilities should be pleasant to each guest.
