To me it is important to share: This practice crossed very serious ethical and professional boundaries during the course of my care. When I raised concerns in an attempt to resolve the issues, my concerns were not addressed. The issues persisted and in fact escalated. Rather than addressing any of this, OPC instead terminated my care. Following termination, I dealt with repeated contact and inappropriate behavior from individuals associated with the practice, actions which were intrusive and extremely distressing. All of this significantly affected my sense of safety and well-being and continues to do so. Patients enter clinical care expecting professionalism, boundaries, ethical conduct, and accountability. Those standards were certainly not upheld. I have had great experiences at many other practices across the St. Louis region. I cannot more strongly recommend that patients look elsewhere.

The only reason I'm writing this review is I'm at my 7:20am appointment and it's 7:42 and he still has a patient ahead of me. Targeting About a 30 -40 minute wait time. Again, my time was 720am. I'm supposed to be home feeding my.little girl who has down syndrome. My wife has waited as long as 2 hrs past her time. Again, we are still patients. The wait is worth it as our issues are getting resolved health wise, but you'll want to plan ahead like bring a book like war and peace or build a house while waiting or I don't know solve time travel. After being a patient of Dr. Mattingly for more than a year, I discovered that I had been overbilled by $2,067 in 2025 and an additional $108 in 2026 for just two visits. When I initially raised the issue, the office only agreed to refund $539, and only after I challenged the discrepancy and spent significant time researching and providing a detailed accounting of what was billed, what was allowed under the insurance contract, and what had already been paid by my insurance carrier, did the office issue a second refund check for $1,528. My review revealed that I was being billed for amounts exceeding the insurance carrier's contracted allowable rates, charges that should not have been billed under the provider agreement, and amounts that had already been paid by the insurance company. In total, more than $2,175 was refunded. At that level, it is difficult to dismiss this as a simple billing mistake. Patients should not have to become insurance experts or conduct forensic audits of their own accounts to ensure they are being billed correctly. The billing staff should be properly trained to read provider EOBs, understand contractual insurance adjustments and terms, and accurately account for payments received from insurance carriers. Dr. Mattingly is the ONLY chiropractor I have ever visited who required full payment upfront for an entire treatment plan. After my experience, I have serious concerns about this practice and would urge anyone considering treatment to closely monitor every bill and insurance statement they receive. Review your EOBs. The office is off of Lindbergh (closer to I-55) it's fairly easy to find. Parking lot is a tight squeeze. Nice clean office, albeit smallish with about 4-6 chairs. After being greeted by Jenny, I didn't wait long for consult maybe 5-8 mins whilst Dr. LeBlanc finished with another patient. Here is my Chiropractic visit in three easy steps.. First, a brief history, the doc made suggestions. Then, into a massage room where a lovely woman (sorry, can't remember her name) placed pads on my back connected an EStim machine... Wow!
