Which he did, put in two new standard capacitors (market price $17/ea.) . Took him 10 minutes, tops... Then I get the bill: $485 for what they want to call a "Complete Voltage Enhancement System Renovation." I looked at the job and it was just undo two screws, replace two inexpensive parts, and grease the contacts. Call it that, or call it a "complete system renovation." Seems like a way to give it a fancy name and charge you more. I called them on it and they wouldn't budge, so buyer beware. I'd used WA in the past and was always happy with them, but something has changed. I think they still do good work, but I obviously don't think their pricing is fair.

The installation went perfectly and when they left after completion, the only way we knew they had been there was the cold air coming out of those brand-new white vents.
