This low life gave us a second floor room, in a hotel that does NOT have an elevator, and it wasn't anywhere near accessible from the parking lot. So when we reminded him that we specifically reserved a ground level, handicap accessible room, this CONCEITED JERK said " I already gave them all away! You are lucky you got a room at all!!" So now my parents, that have a really hard time with stairs, have to walk clear across the property AND climb two flights of stairs. THEN... when I went back to take a picture of him, so there would be no question of who it was, he was speaking PERFECT english with only a very slight accent. This guy is dishonest and disrespectful and couldn't care less about people with physical challenges.

We were given an accessible room which has features that are not comfortable for me. For example the sink area doesn't have a counter to put my toiletries and makeup. The microwave wasn't working.
