Delta Scapes in Cleveland MS was hired to pick up red mulch from Fleming Lumber and apply to two (2) homes I own in Cleveland. I purchased the red mulch in large quantity. I was told by Bob at Delta Scapes he would complete both locations. (Around the flower beds near the homes and around the trees, etc.) My red mulch REMAINED at Fleming for over a year! He not only did not do the work but left me thinking it was done. If you are not there to watch this company, the work will not be done.
