A pipe under my house had ruptured & water was under my house & in my yard. The guy said he would have to pump out the water under the house before he could get to the leak. It took them over 2 days to fix it 2 days of which was spent pumping out water. They left the pump & would come back periodically to check it.After they finished I requested an invoice so I could have it in case anything ever came up regarding their work. The guy said he would bring one back but that I needed to go ahead & pay him. I told him I would pay him once I had an invoice. He came back 4 times without an invoice. He finally brought me a piece of paper that just said the word parts $75 & labor $325.It did not list the parts nor say how many hours they were charging me for. I paid them with a check which the guy didn't want to take. He wanted cash but I don't keep $400 laying around my house. They cashed the check & then tried to say it was returned by the bank & that I needed to bring them cash. After I found out they had cashed the check I blocked their phone number. As if this wasn't bad enough I had a friend that happened to be a plumber that was here from out of town to check what they had done. He said that they had replaced a 4" piece of pipe & put on 2 connectors which cost $75 & should've taken at most 4 hours. Apparently they charged me for labor the whole time the pump was going. My friend was absolutely furious not only because the bill was outrageously padded but also I am a widow living on a fixed income. He said even if they had charged me on the high side the bill at most shouldn't have been more than $40 for parts, $120 for labor & a $40 pump fee. It is really sad that people like this take advantage of people that don't know much about what their services should cost but to do it to someone who can't afford a high bill & also can't leave the problem not fixed. Obviously we can't go for days' days without water. I don't know how people like this face themselves in the mirror every day. I hope they enjoy this life because their next one is going to be very unpleasant.

They did a good job but they hit another line and caused another leak there as I witnessed this right in front of me. The bill also seemed high for the job being done in my opinion.

I referred a new resident to Cleveland to Mr. Voss as an apprintice worker. Mr. Voss took his cell phone (new to Cleveland and with wife and 2 children) this phone was necessary during first few days to Cleveland. He did not have this man "shadow" as an apprintice but instead had him scoop up dog poop and other jobs with no breaks for 8 hours. Mr. Voss did not pay this man until several days later and only paid for 6 hours! A new resident to Cleveland who gave honest work was treated wrongly. I want Mr. Voss to know he betrayed my trust. My business. My respect. Later Mr. Voss agreed he didn't want to discourage anyone and if they would call and give him (Mr. Voss) the chance he would work with them and show them his intentions are good, honest and trustworthy.
